Did you know that there was a demand for the episodes in which Ash's Charizard, Heracross, Sceptile and/or Glalie Mega Evolve for the first time? This is because Ash's Charizard, Heracross, Sceptile and Glalie have all been capable of Mega Evolving.

Well, it's probably never going to happen, honestly. Mega Evolution was completely pulled under a rug. Also where's the source for this claim?

No. Megas are mostly irrelevant now that they no longer need to advertise them in the anime. Also as Palamon said, source for this?

As Pala said, Mega Evolution isn't relevant in 7th Gen because they're promoting Z-Moves instead. Also, Ash didn't even get a Key Stone or Mega Ring to begin with.

It's comical this is how the anime works. As soon as it's no longer marketable, all traces are removed, regardless of any previous setups. GS Ball, anyone?

    Like how good stories work.

They'd honestly write out Pikachu if he was no longer relevant I feel.
