Not exactly- the SC gutted a law that discriminated against gay marriage, and stated that all recognized marriages should get the same rights, because shunning a perfectly legally married NY couple from federal benefits was unfair.
As a result, these courts are using the same arguments to claim that any sort of discrimination against same sex marriage is unconstitutional- and it's very likely that the SC will have to decide whether they agree or not.
But, as the Oklahoma judge said "I know a historical change when I see one".
