Im afraid it is, due to some complications it was hacked for me but at the time i thought someone had trained it themselves and since it being brought to my attention a few weeks ago i have realesed it and removed it from my shop

Of course i will give out refunds of a Normal Ev'd Pokemon for this mistake

If they arent, then not interested. Non-EV'd level 100s are worthless.
