Should Anime & Manga really be a 'fully-fledged' section when it falls within the purview/umbrella of what Culture & Media is about overall, and doesn't actually concern an entirely separate subject? Why is activity important in deciding where a section is placed, or rather why doesn't a hierarchy of subject matter take precedence?

If you're gonna keep it this way, I feel the old names of General & Japanese Entertainment fitted better in distinguishing them.

Except Anime & Manga is not for Japanese entertainment in a general sense but rather its namesake.

If it went by heirarchy rather that demand/activity, most sections on PC wouldn't exist and the forums would be a lot more confusing to navigate. For example, going by that reasoning Culture and Media should subsume Video Games, and everything Pokemon gaming related should be a single subforum under video games. If there's certain sections people are likely to frequent, having them as their own forum right on the main page makes it easier to find.

Also, Japanese entertainment wouldn't be an appropriate title, because there's plenty of forms of Japanese entertainment that isn't anime and manga related (e.g. Japanese movies, TV shows, etc.) and those would probably be posted in culture and media.
