Yeah, this title screen has bad quality, i'm not sure if anyone would like it.
Also, whats the point of 2 Rayquaza? One is not enough? XD

Ok first of all, only that pic is bad quality cause its not a screen its a PrintScreen one paint. Secondly, The Actual quality of the titlescreen isnt as bad.. Thirdly, It felt kinda empty without the second rayquaza..
Lastly - this is the screenshot of it (better quality)

whats that glitch at the bottom? and the rayquaza's fin too has a prob (the right one).

Hmm okay, if I may offer up a little C & C.
I wouldn't completely scrap this but there are too many colours, so when you indexed it, it just gives you that lack of quality in which it needs.
What I would suggest doing first of all is, chanaging the rayquaza. The sprite doesn't look great anyway and doesn't suit the background. Also, there isn't a great need for two. You should have also used the pencil tool to go over the pixel issues in the bottom. Easily done with the colour dropper so that you don't use more colours. Over all I would rate it a 4/10. But there is hope, just keep working at it!

Looks so blurry... Try editing the tiles to be sharp.

The placement of the FireRed Version is NOT OKAY. Second, use only one Rayquaza. Or add a smaller one in the background.
Align the Pokemon and the FireRed Version to the left and leave the right Rayquaza. Delete the left Rayquaza.
And fix the TM next to the Pokemon text.

Wow, ive just seen some really nice ones. i tried to make one but i dont understand how. i managed to get the background screen totally black and then a pokemon in the middle but it didnt really look that good. all the tuts that ive seen dont really show how to do it and make really nice screens. can anyone link me to a tut that shows diff. possibilities and where things should go and everything like that? or would anyone be willing to make one for me?

I got 10 bucks on the Rayquaza to the right! :DD
To be honest, I don't like it much. I like the sky theme you have. But, the logo is too far down, and there shouldn't be 2 rayquazas. Heres what I suggest.

-Move the logo higher.
-Delete a Quaza.
-Fix the pixel thingies at the back.
-Add the black banner-strips so it looks less plain.

Good job though.

also when you add the ho ho try adding in a custume posed ho ho it will give it a more unique look

I agree with narutoactor. Maybe it's just me, but game sprites don't look very good on titlescreens. I'd definitely suggest using a pixel over of one or something of that sort.
