Plot
In Buharians eyes, Buhar was the land that was the most blessed by Arceus. High atop Timber Mountain there is the Spring of Beginning where it is said that is the place where Arceus first touched where Buhar would be. Groudon then shaped the land while Kyogre created the surrounding sea. Rayquaza made the air that we breathe while Dialga and Palkia created Time and Space. Shaymin made the fields and jungles while Regigigas shaped the land into what it is today. The final one was Heatran who created the steel we use today and the fire that lights our homes.
The ancient people who respected all of the gods made temples or shrines to them. These served as the bases of the Realms which our kingdom is divided into today. We have had a long war which was the result of religious persecution. Now we are a land of four realms with people only respecting the gods they like best instead of all the gods.
This has caused the Demon Pokémon, Giratina, to unleash his followers on the world. Giratina is the evil brother of Arceus who sent Giratina to an alternate dark world along with all of his followers to atone for their sins against the Gods and against humanity. However with all the turmoil in the temples, this has weakened Giratina's seal. While he cannot yet escape he has unleashed his most faithful followers to spread lies and deceit about the other faiths hoping to completely destroy the seal, allowing him to be free. In order to protect the humans Arceus had so lovingly created, he sent his servants Lugia, Ho-oh and Celebi to Buhar to protect humanity.
This is where you come in. You are a child of one of these faiths. You experienced a divine experience with Arceus telling you what must be done and what would happen if you fail. You must find the TRUE temple of each of the gods in order to receive their help and blessing the fight that is ahead. The TRUE Temple is the temple the ancient people built to honor the Gods. However these have become lost in time. You must now journey across the land to find these temples and stop Giratina from emerging from his Torn World.
Setting
Fire Realm: A realm on the west side of Buhar with scorched plains to the west, tall mountains to the east, and sandy deserts to the north. Its opposite realm is Water as the Fire Realm can't understand why the Water Realm would settle down in one spot.
Tribes: Fire Tribe: A hot blooded tribe of thieves and cut throats. While they are honorable amongst themselves they will kill anyone that has what they want.
Mountain Tribe: A tribe of proud strong people, the people of the mountain are distrustful to outsiders and have a strong sense of community.
Desert Tribe: The tribe of the desert are nomads, allowing the wind to take them where it wants to grow. Secretive and full of tradition, more often than not you must be born into this tribe.
Pokémon Types: Fire, Rock, Fighting, Ground
Gods: Groudon, Regigigas, Heatran, Ho-oh
Water Realm:A realm on the south end of Buhar with deep oceans covering the south end and murky marshes covering the north end. Opposite realm is Sky as the Water Realm can't understand why people would want for nothing and seek beyond the borders of Buhar.
Tribes: Ocean Tribe: A prosperous tribe who uses the ocean's bountiful resources to trade and live off of. A relaxed bunch they gladly welcome newcomers and old to their village.
Marsh Tribe: Unlike the Ocean Tribe, the Marsh Tribe are distrustful but not mean-spirited. While they do live in the marshes, they get by and have odd customs.
Pokémon: Water, Ice, Poison, Electric
Gods: Kyogre, Palkia, Lugia
Sky Realm:A realm on the west side of Buhar with deep jungles on the south border and grassy plains covering the north. Opposite realm is Light as the Sky Realm cannot understand why the Light Realm would destroy nature to better themselves.
Tribes: Jungle Tribe: The most primitive tribe on Buhar, these people have resisted coming out of superstition and keep to their old ways. Living on the trees gives them protection from the hunters of the night.
Plains Tribe: a Tribe that loves all forms of nature and Pokémon, they are welcoming and hospitable. Slow to anger, quick to forgive it's near impossible to make them mad.
Pokémon: Grass, Flying, Bug, Dragon
Gods: Rayquaza, Shaymin, Celebi
Light Realm: The most civilized realm on Buhar touches the northern border. Mostly cities and contains the Spring of Beginning. Opposite realm is Fire as the Fire Realm hordes steel which the Light Realm needs.
Tribes: Light Tribe: The only tribe in the Light Realm, these people believe in the concept of Yin and Yang. With odd customs and vast egos it's no wonder people leave these guys alone.
Pokémon: Psychic, Ghost
Gods: Dialga, Darkrai (False God; just a high powered Pokémon), Cressilia (False God; just a high powered Pokémon), Ho-oh and Lugia as they believe they represent different sides of the same coin. Naturally the Water Realm and the Fire Realm are not happy about this.
Dark Realm (Non-SU): The Torn World of Giratina where Arceus banished him to atone for his sins. A place of madness and despair those who accidently find themselves here quickly go insane.
Tribes: Dark Tribe: These people are the followers of Giratina and are nearly insane and have little morals. They will do whatever it takes to get their God out and claim the world as his own.
Pokémon: Dark
Gods: Giratina
Rules
1) No Bunnying or Godmodding
2) Follow all PC rules that they have set up
3) We will not be catching other Pokémon as there are not Pokeballs yet.
4) This is set during the Dark Ages or Crusades if you will. Plan SU's accordingly.
5) No flaming
6) Use proper grammar and spelling. I'm not perfect myself and a few would be ok but please DONT type lkie dis. It gets annoying.
7) This is a joint RP between me, JohnPaulJones, {Swan}, and Zeta Dimentio. We will be the leaders of a particular realm. EXAMPLE: I'll be part of the Fire Realm so I will monitor the SU's that flow in for the Fire Realm. If I like it but JohnPaulJones doesn't I'll get the final say. This also means if you start straying and running how the story's going ANY Co-Leader can take action against you regardless what Realm you're in.
8) Put "All You Need is Love" somewhere in your SU so we know you read the rules.

Tribe: While this really doesn't affect the game it does give us an idea where your character will start off.
History: I don't want your characters life story here but two paragraphs would be good. Remember a paragraph is 4-6 sentences.
Appearance: A paragraph would be good.
Personality: Two paragraphs is a must here! This isn't a Journey RP where you can get away with happy go lucky people. These people have only recently got out of a huge war and are used to religious persecution wherever they go. I'm not against happy people but they have to have some qualities that doesn't make them perfect.
Pokémon: You will only have ONE Pokémon partner throughout this RP. It also can only be a Pokémon Type that was specified in the Regions above. It can also only be a Baby or Stage 1 Pokémon. EXAMPLE: A Chimchar or Monferno would work awesome if you SU'd for the Fire Realm but wouldn't fly in the Sky Realm.
Personality: What is your partner like? Just a paragraph here would be great.
History: Did you grow up with your partner or did you recently meet? Again a paragraph or two would be nice.
Gameplay
Don't freak out, we're not doing chapters. However we're going to have some sort of structure so the RP is going to play out like…well a play! We will have a Prologue explaining how your character came to understand the current state of Buhar, Act 1 will deal with the characters within their respective realms coming together and finding the True Temples. Act 2 will deal with the characters going to their opposite realm's True Temple to show Arceus they are willing to unite Buhar to fight off Giratina. Act 3 will deal with every character uniting and storming Giratina's stronghold and defeating him. We will then have an Epilogue detailing what happens to our characters after the battle. Don't worry; I'll go more in depth when we cross those bridges.
