    mmmm... really cool effect for the Background, really colorful and dynamic
    The Latias drawing really isn't bad... The thing than do it looks weird is the mouth (it looks put in the side of the face) . If you quit it I sure than looks better (that is because the mouth's placement dismatch with the position of the head)

    Mmhmm... a work went bad (art)...
    I liked how the drawing had turned out, but when I tried to tune it up digitally, the outlining thickened and didn't look very good.

    Nice card ! I especially like the backgroud, it gives a mystic feel to the card.
