6th Gen About the Weather Trio's new abilities

    I just learned that in triple battles, their primal/mega abilities don't seem to work. I had my Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon out in a triple battle with Desolate Land being the active ability. My Primal Kyogre was still able to use Scald on either Groudon or the opponent's Pokemon without being evaporated.

    In double battles, however, I try the same thing and Scald got evaporated on both Groudon and the opponent's Pokemon.

    1. If you third partner was Rayquaza, Psyduck, Golduck, Swablu or Altaria (latter 4 assuming Cloud Nine), then the weather is negated. Air Lock and Cloud Nine negate all weather effects while the user is on the field.

    2. If Pokemon with Primordial Sea, Desolate Land and/or Delta Stream (at least two) are sent out at once, the slower user will have its ability active.
