Question: Actually Two Questions...

1.) How do you attack your signature to PM's?

2.) Where do I post questions about Pokemon?

Simple questions but hey, I'm still sorta new to this :)

1. When you are writing a Private Message, there should be an option below the text area that reads "Show your signature". Make sure that it is selected.

2. It depends on the game and specific question, but if the question is regarding a specific game, then you should post it in the appropriate forum. If it does not and you are not certain where it should belong, Pokemon General usually serves as the fall-back location.

1. I believe you mean attach... but when you send a new PM, there's a box below the icons that says "Additional Options". Check the box that says "Show your signature."

2. Depends. There's Q&A threads/help stickies for every generation forum so just find what gen you have a question for, look for an answer in the stickies. If the stickies don't help you, post in the respective gen Q&A thread.

Edit: Beat. ):

Well lets say I wanted to ask a question about a specific pokemon in D/P. Would I post it in the Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum (DS) forum?

Yes, you should probably post it in the Diamond & Pearl Q&A thread.

Is that the same as the thing I said?

Not exactly. That thread is a sticky in the Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum (DS) forum and is where you would want to post. You would not want to create a new thread for a simple question, even in the same forum, as it would likely be locked and you would be told to post in the sticky next time, anyway.

As Forci said, post questions in the Q&A thread. If you don't and it has replies, it will be locked. However, if there are no replies, it will simply be merged.
