Adam youve really overflowed yourself with charactors. Theres far to many mate.
You need to get rid of a few.

Edit: I suggest you keep the people listed in the attachment.
They are the only ones who have bared relevance to the story.
No offence to most people but for their charas its been like "Oh hi [NAME]" then nothing. There is no point in keeping them.
