Tool: Advance map help

I need help with advance map. For all of you who do not know, Advance map is a pokemon game editor.

Every time I try to open any pokemon roms with advance map, it says that it is not a valid win.zip file. I have no idea what that means. I've tried patching it, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me?

Edit: winRAR costs money to buy, and when I downloaded a free trial of it, it said that it couldn't open the program. Anyone know why or have any other suggestions of what to do?

Maybe you should get the roms out of the zip/rar first (I think, if you haven't unzipped them)... Then try that...
Or have you unzipped them already? Then I think it's corrupted...
Also, about the WinRar thing, I have no idea what to say since I don't have it and the rom worked fine with me when I used A-Map...

winrar is bullshit. use 7-zip. it can easily be googled.

I have unzipped all of them, but none work, and I don't think every rom on the web is corrupted. Is my computer just being stupid, or do I need some other program?

Hmm... there is already an A-map help thread for all your questions. You can find it in the documents and tutorials section.
It's found here if you can't find it. Also this thread might have to be *closed*.
