Agree or Disagree (2.0)

Disagree, my dad's the one who does that. Ach...

Whoever thought up that idea in one of the Pokémon games where a character offers to trade you a Haunter (which evolves when traded), but then it turns out that the Haunter was holding an Everstone and so doesn't evolve after the trade, ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Agree, but... who decides what qualifies as a 'smart' animal? =P
Zoos and wildlife preserves are good for animals that are endangered imo, but otherwise animals shouldn't be in zoos at all imo.

The Olympics medal table should focus less on just gold medals.
(basically the one with the most gold medals is put in 1st, only taking silver and then bronze into account if the gold medals / etc. are tied, otherwise just ignoring them at all)

Completely agree- I've always loved it when it snows.

People who live in glass houses get embarassed a lot.

Over here it's not nearly as big of an issue as over in the US...
... that said occasionally something does happen, even if it is more of a rarity over here. Like 2 years ago a high school student stabbed another who ended up passing away. The one who died was 14.
... would that have been preventable though? It happened outside of the school. If they had security they'd probably be at the building entrances, not outside.

Anyway... I kinda agree, but rather doubt it would be effective. That sort of violence would just be taken elsewhere.

Most of what you learn in school will be useless in daily life.

Agree. That's kinda just the terms of agreement of going to school, most of what you learn is quite useless for you. Although some of it may be useful and you might even learn some things you are actually interested in, most of it will just never come up again in your life. Like, as an artist, I use plenty of techniques I learnt in art class, but of course that doesn't mean I'm going to use my knowledge of the Cold War everyday.

You don't need to know every single song of an artist to call yourself a "real fan".

However, going to school and doing the assignments does keep your brain busy and active, which is a good thing.

purple exists you know :coolrim:

we'll never know what dinosaurs looked like

Disagree, although how that would happen I have absolutely no clue.

The world needs more cake.

I think this is the expression about not judging a gift? In most cases, yes.

Although I remember when my aunt purchased a Sims DLC disc for my younger cousin. She didn't get him the actual game, so he couldn't play. He tried to tell her the mistake and she told him he was 'ungrateful'. Yes, it's important to be thankful. The person giving a gift shouldn't be an ass about it either. Sometimes errors and mistakes do happen and both sides should listen.

Polluting the earth is a serious problem.

AGREE, people really need to take it more seriously smh

everything little thing is cool no matter how insignificant it is if you think about it
