    Would you consider yourself a fan enough of any band to call yourself what they call their fans?

    For example: Slipknot calls their fans "Maggots". Do you like them enough to call yourself a "Maggot"?

    I fit under quite a few:
    Jesterhead (In Flames)
    Maggot (Slipknot)
    Part of the BvB Army (Black Veil Brides)
    Disturbed One (Disturbed)
    Street Youth Rage (Pierce The Veil)
    Panhead (Skillet)
    Youngblood (Fall Out Boy)


    Some bands don't have names for their fans, so I'll just list those now I guess.

    Thousand Foot Krutch
    Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!
    Sleeping With Sirens
    KoRn
    Downplay
    Crown The Empire
    Bad Suns
    A Day To Remember
    The Used
    Kamelot
    Papa Roach

    I don't think it's stupid to name their fans. I think it shows how much they care. When someone gives you a nickname, whether it be bad or good, it shows some level of respect.

    The only one I can think of is Fall Out Boy and that's Youngbloods.
     
    Yeah, none of the bands I like have given a nickname to their fans. Clearly they're all just too painfully hipster for such nonsense.
     
    Off the ones you listed, I could be categorized as Jesterhead, Maggot, Disturbed One, and Panhead. xD;; Personally, though, I don't really like these terms. I prefer being referred to as just a fan, haha.
     
    I don't think I listen to or follow a band enough to be labeled whatever they call their fans, I can hardly even be called a fan of most bands. I hate a lot of bands that I listen to with a burning passion because most of their songs suck and their fanbase makes them seem like bad words, but there may be those one or two songs by them that I can get into. I hate BOTDF, always have and always will, but every now and again I can listen to Bewitched because it's still a better love story than Twilight.
     
    I listen to more solo artists than anything, though I do listen to Panic! at the Disco and I think they call their fans Sinners.

    Explain more why fan names and bands that have them are stupid. It makes the fans of said band more unique imo.

    I'm a big Owl City fan personally and the fandom name is Hootowl. I know that some people call us Owl Citizens, but most prefer Hootowl. Apparently Fall Out boy fans are Youngbloods (probably after the Youngblood Chronicles ,the story concept of their newest album) and I didn't know that even though I'm really into Fall Out Boy. I'm also part of the MCRmy/Killjoys (My Chemical Romance), I'm a Para♥♥♥♥♥ (Paramore) , and I'm part of the skeleton clique (Twenty One Pilots) .

    Well I'm an idiot who needs to stop over-reacting to things....sorry man.

    Relevant edit: I would also throw myself into the Panheads and Firebreathers (Imagine Dragons) as well.
