5th Gen Aloe

Yeah, lets hope if there is a rock type gym it ISNT the first one. Rock has been first 3/4 times, and thats pretty bad. the time it wasn't was because the were trying to make a gym for every type between johto-kanto, and rock was already used.

How 'bout normal? XD I personally think she's a Grass-type user, which would be the first time in a Pokemon game that the first Gym you challenge happens to be one of the starters' types...

Did we really make a topic for Aloe cuz she's black? She's the same as Fantina (Only french person in the game with JAPANESE ppl)
 
Ok! I don't tink shes a cook! According to August CoroCoro Photos Leaking
  • Aloe is the Gym Leader of Shippou City (シッポウシティ).
  • The city could be named after a religious Buddhist term for the "Seven Precious Treasures," being Gold, Silver, Pearls, Agate, Crystal, Coral, and Lapis Lazuli. Some of these have been game namesakes to boot. It can also be named after "Cloisonne," which is enamel work ("enamelware in which colored areas are separated by thin metal strips"). So the city may deal in religion or art (or perhaps uses the metal from that religious term for the enamel work). Considering Aloe is wearing a big apron, she might be a cloisonne ware maker. But none of this is confirmed yet of course!

As it says, she might be a cloisonne ware maker. But I still hope it'll be the same concept as my resturant idea, just as a cloisonne ware shop. :D

For now it's known she's going to be one of the gym leaders. However, base on her clothing and her official art coming out the same time Dento did, she might also be a restaurant owner. Or, she could also be a cloisonne ware maker as austy14 mentioned.

Glad some info of Aloe being the gym leader shed some light what's her role going to be. Like Forever said, she looks like a fierce gym leader. Want to know though what Pokemon type she's specialized in just to get a better picture what kind of Pokemon she would use.

The Top Left - there's a classroom! Aloe might be a teacher afterall. Also, if she's an artist like mentioned, what type of Pokemon are artistic, creative? Psychic types. If she's a teacher, what type or Pokemon are orderly, smart? Psychic types. I think she's a Psychic type Gym Leader. I'm sure they'll change her name in the English version ^_^

Uh that library might not be hers look the lady that talks about Munna is there in the room so It's most likely munna or dream world related ^_^

According to Serebii she is a chef, and her gym puzzle involves questions about cooking food. What type would correspond to a chef? I'm thinking grass, since she would know all about preparing vegetables...
 
The city she is in is famous for it's hundred year old rail line... I immediately thought of the Underground Railroad XD

Oh God no xD

I have one: I remember PiP saying something about the Female Protagonist looking like Mayella Ewell. Aloe sort of reminds me of Calpurnia xD She looks motherly and tough.
 
This is all to much for me. Not to be racial at all but it seems kinda wierd to just randomly add a black person now. For all that are wondering Im pretty sure she is the second gym leader.
 
Well the games are based on an area that isn't culturally/ethnically homogeneous, like Japan was.

With that aside, I think she'll use Grass-type (moves, at least) because of her name hinting at herbs and such (though I have never used aloe vera for food). I'm pretty sure she's no. 2 as well, considering the order they came in.
