Suggestion: Always show the PC IRC

This is was mainly inspired by the "Find Adult Cats" joke from April fools. Why not have the PC IRC in a small tab in the corner, and have it open when you open the website? It could be be closed and toggle-able in the settings. I've seen other vBulletin forums do it and it's pretty neat. It would also help increase the IRC's popularity.

At the same time this could be good, i personally would not want this. I don't use the IRC and don't particularly want too, so every time Im tring to log in seeing that just would not be good... Maybe if this is a thing make it off by default

I'm not really into this idea either. Not everyone is or will be into using the IRC and no one should be forced to see it. Sure you can x out of it when it pops up but having to do that every time you log in is annoying. And we sure as shit aren't doing a toggle for this. I get that you wanna boost activity in the IRC channels, but there's probably better ways to do it.

I quite like the idea. I'm sure a Facebook Messenger-style chat has been brought up before, it would make IRC a lot more accessible to people who don't normally go there or use it.

Plus everyone loves a good toggle.
