OR, you can be Forever Alone and buy an extra DS. Like me! *cries silently* twice...

I think what this place needs is a new topic for activity. ^^

New topic: 'Which Bug Pokemon do you think is most useful in-game?'

This isn't just for battling, also take HMs etc into account and even things such as how it fairs against wild Pokemon. Even if a Pokemon is strong, it might only be able to take down a couple wild Pokemon before running out of PP!

This is a hard choice, but I would probably go with Nincada. Pretty useful, especially back in gen III. Can learn cut, (and Dig). Also, it evolves to two awesome Pokemon. Swords Dance Ninjask was a beast with Slash! I am speaking well of experience.

Another mon that comes to my mind is Pinsir. Can learn Strength and X-Scissor and Earthquake and such.

For some reason....Scyther and Scizor. I don't know why....I've used all bug types and those two are the most useful so far.

Escavalier? It reminds me of the Spaniards.

In my mind, it'd have to be a strong Pokemon that you can find early on which can preferably use HMs... I'd go with Nincada! Shedinja and Ninjask are both great for in-game teams, and between them get a couple of HMs down too! Plus as Nincada evolves into two Pokemon of the same level, using one of these on your team can really cut down on grinding to level up two separate Pokemon!

Yay! That's what I really meant before! It's like Nincada is so awesome, especially duriing the third gen RSE. Ninjask is like th eonly Pokemon you could ever trust to deal anegh damaeg!

Let's not let this place die okay :D

What do you think is the most interesting bug type Pokemon and why?

Personally I think Masqurain (spelling? :3) is a very interesting one... Especially when it inherits Hydro Pump x] Parasect is also an interesting one, I'd love to see under its shell o.o

Most interesting? hmmm...

I think Wurmple, Karrablast, Shelmet and Burmy is the most interesting. I would like to study how they evolve, and what factors triggers it. I mean, why Wurmple would volve to a Silcoon and not a Cascoon, why Karrablast would steal Shelmet's armor when traded, and why female Burmy's turn into a WormADAM and male turns to Mothim.

I agree with you on Masquerain, it's very quirky and learns some odd moves like Shadow Ball, Ice Beam and even Scald!

Also, I find Accelgor and Escavalier interesting cos their designs look really unique.
