Jason Castro really needs to go... He's been reeeaaallyy lucky to get this far, even if he isn't that good...

I'm always here rooting for the Davids, knowing that one of them will win but honestly... now that I think about it, I don't want David Cook to win. I love him, but hope he's second or something. Cuz when they win AI, they belong to AI for about a year making cheap music. Cook should have it like Daughtry did, just taken up right when he got eliminated. I think that would be best for him, to have it the way Daughtry did.

There is still a possible chance that David Cook could get the title, you don't know that he'll win. Although, Archuleta has basically won the competition already. XD

So the big night is tonight, the pressure is on, it's the last night of AI until next year. *crosses fingers*
 
Archuleta will win most likely, especially with Vote for the Worst's support and how everybody seems to love him...not to mention he was better than Cook last night.

This season was kinda overhyped, so I'm kinda relieved it's over. lol
 
It's on for me, one David got 54%, and one got 44%. I wonder who won... .o.

...And my bet at the beginning with my dad that Archuleta would win it all...my dad just got a Ulysses S. Grant in his wallet T_T

I'm happy David Cook won besides losing $50 to my dad, but the last really successful winner was Carrie Underwood. Wish them luck.

Okay, so David Cook won... Pretty ironic to what happened at the last performance night... But it's a good thing Simon apologized...

And even if David Cook lost, I still think he will be better than David Archuleta...

I really enjoyed Carrie Underwood singing. I also enjoyed George Michaels' performance, and Carly and Michael's performance. What the heck has happened to Amanda Overmyer? O_O She looked like she was having a heart attack the whole time she was singing. XD

Finally the rocker wins. But... I just hop Fox learns from their mistakes and don't screw him up. I liked in the begining when the Love Guru talked to the Davids. He talked to David A. like he was only eight years old. xD I saw a preview for The Love Guru when I saw Iron Man... it looks hilarious. xD
There were a lot of legends there lastnight... pretty surprising.

My favourite part of the finale was definitely David Cook performing with ZZ Top. The part with Mike Myers as the Love Guru was fantastic too.

"And one day soon David, you'll have hair in weird and wonderful places". xDD
 
Glad David Cook won. he completely deserved it, and AI got it's first Rocker Idol. Who would want some Ballad singer with Half a voice to win?David A only made it that far because of the amount of women that watch the show.
 
Those women hardly helped Constantine Maroulis, Ace Young, Sanjaya Malakar, Danny Noriega, ect. :/
David Archuleta can sing, and he apparently does it much better than most of the finalists this season, or else he wouldn't have gotten those 38 million votes at the finale. He may not strike your fancy, but that's your opinion, don't state it like it's a fact.

I've been seeing a lot of Archuleta hate since the finale. You'd think people would let it go seeing as he and his screaming fangirls won't be assaulting their eyes and ears every time they turn on AI. If you're about to criticize him, do it maturely and based on facts.

I'm happier watching the finale back, now, since I was anxious during the actual show. xDD

My favorite parts?

When Archie sang with One Republic, I thought that was amazing. His voice is really well suited to that, I think, and gosh darn is that an awesome song. The Guitar Hero ads made me roffle, though I wasn't exactly pleased about David Cook's lack of pants, so..

Oh, and, Heaven, ugh. Gorgeous. That was my favorite performance of Archie's during the show, and adding Cook to the equation was great.

Aaand, of course, David Cook winning was lovely. He was precious, and he was just amazingly sweet about the runner up.

Awesome finale. :> I voted the whole time for Archuleta and I'll admit I was really disappointed for him, but I'm terrifically happy about the top 2 now, after the show, haw. Greatest yet, I think.

Oh, and, has anyone else seen the Idol Extras? I can't help but laugh my head off at all of them! Cook is so funny!
