Amona: The Trails and Tribulations

"Nidorina!" The small pink grunted lowering its head to show its horn. "Poison Sting!"

Nidorina remained with her head lowered and shot out thousands of needles straight towards Spikapine.
 
"Spikapine! Use defend, then use spike cannon!"

The small pokemon curled up into a ball, then shot spikes at the Nidorina.
 
Nidorina was hit by the Spike Cannon attack. She grunted but was ready for more.

"Use your bite attack!"

Nidorina charged towards Spikapine with its jaw wide open.
 
Lana watched, clenching her fist. "Spikapine, stay in defensive position!"

The pokemon remained curled up in a ball, spikes sticking out to protect itself.
 
Nidorina charged with a open mouth towards Spikapine when Nidorina bit the spikes it welped in pain. It lowered it head and made it self like a bull ready to charge.

"Fury Swipes!"

Nidorina jumped up extending its claws towards the pokemon.
 
"Rollout, now!"

The pokemon started rolling, spikes ready to ram into the other pokemon.
 
"Double Team Attack!"

Nidorina then multiplied herself around Spikapine.
 
The pokemon came to a halt, uncurling itself slightly, watching the many Nidorina, trying to figure out which was the real one.
 
"Do nothing Nidorina," Danny looked at the copies, "Let see Spikapine does..."
 
The grass pokemon looked around at the copies, then charged one, finding it wasnt the real one. It stumbles, staying on its guard, looking around.
 
"Come on Lana!" Danny cheered out, "Nidorina! Posion Sting!"

All the Nidorina opened and shot out many needles but only one was the real one.
 
Lana watched the copies, thinking. "Spikapine, use your rollout! Find that real Nidorina!"

The pokemon looked around, then rolled into a ball once more, rolling through all the copies till it found the real one.
 
"Nidorina!" The pokemon flew through the air and landed at Danny's feet. It could no longer fight Lana.

""I guess you won."
 
The grass pokemon came to a halt, uncurling itself. Lana kneeled down, and the pokemon jumped into her arms. "Good job Spikapine."

She looks up at Danny and nods. "You and Nidorina did an awesome job. Great fight Nidorina! You ok?"
 
"Nido!" Nidorina smiled at Lana then retreated to her pokeball.

"You did a great job Lana," Danny looked around the city, "SO where to next?"
 
She stood up, holding her pokemon. "We should head to the Pokemon Center for the rest of the evening, and tomorrow we can head for the gym"
 
"Yeah, I guess so," Danny started walking towards to the Pokemon Center. "I wonder who is the pokemon gym leader though."
 
"I suppose we will find out tomorrow, huh?" She smiled, following him to the center.

Raichu bounced after them, looking around curiously.
 
"Yeah I guess so," Leoni followed them both towards the Poekmon Center.
 
She walked into the Pokemon Center. "Hello...we need a room for the night, and a checkup for our pokemon."

Nurse Joy nods. "Of course. Just give me your pokemon."

Lana nods and hands her her pokeballs, recalling Spikapine and Raichu.
