I wasn't even really paying attention in EP 13, since it was so boring in the beginning.

The whole 'heart' thing confused me..

Until I realized...

Maybe when Kanade got the transplant, her OLD heart was her soul, and when she got the new one, her old soul went up just to thank the donor, and her new heart/soul was still on Earth. Hence the Kanade we see in the Epilogue.

Now, Otonashi was basically the same way. Once Otonashi's old heart gave out, he went to the place since he lost his memories. In other words, he didn't die, he just blanked out for a bit, hence the amnesia when he finally wakes up in the place. BUT ON EARTH, the guy who helped him out so much wanted to thank Otonashi for his selflessness, and gave him his heart as a transplant donor, so Otonashi died as a amnesiac. Now, when he got these memories back, he realized that when he died, his regret was probably not helping everyone in the crash, so that when he went up, he wanted to help everyone else disappear and pass on to a better existence.

I know this is all wacky, but this was all in my dream I just had. : /

Also, Yui is a sadist/masochist. Just look at her relationship with Hinata. Also, the chains wtf
 
I guess I agree with Kaka and we should rape Gal for ever mentioning a fandub.

...On second thought, she'll be better off with just me. I know Kaka will force her to cosplay Yui or something.

That ending song really does depress me, especially with the video...

Yui just should have stayed until the end.

Like, the series should have just ended with Yui and Hinata's scene, or at least saved it for the ending.
