Personally, I think there is one considering there are a lot of rumors about another season called "Angel Beats!: Second Term" and it even being confirmed by Jun Maeda.

The picture is probably from MEGAMI magazine as well, and it basically has Hinata, Yuri and Kanade in a conversation, talking about mapo tofu. Hinata (the one in blue text) asks if anyone has any last words to say before the end, and Yuri (The text to the left of the red lines):

As you can see here, this is a possible script for season 2. The parts with blue at the top are Hinata's lines, Purple are Yurippe's lines and Pink are Yui's.
