Gah... a hard one. I'll go with Read or Die OAV as my favorite anime just because I've loved it for so long. Favorite character is tough too, but I'll go with Akira Shirase from Battle Programmer Shirase.

Fave genre of anime:
What genres do you like/dislike?
I like comedies, harems, fantasy, and anything with originality. I don't like most shonens that drag on for 100s of episodes.

What anime do you recommend the most to others? Baccano! probably because it is the most underwatched series that I can think of, and I absolutely loved it.

Do you like shorter animes or long ones and why?
13-52 episodes is my prefference.

Name some animes you think not many have heard of that you have seen:
I'll just try to stick to the really rare stuff...
Akagi, Baccano!, Battle Programmer Shirase, Code-e, Kaiji, Kashimashi, Memories, Okusama wa Joshikousei, Popotan, and Wellber no Monogatari.

Do you think any anime characters are sexy/hot/cute?
If so, who is your #1?
Sure. Yomiko Readman from Read or Die. Bookworms are hawt.

How much anime stuff do you own?
Some manga volumes, and a few dozen anime series.

Name an anime you dropped and tell why you did not like it:
Reign: The Conqueror. The artwork made my eyes bleed. The story made my ears bleed. Ugly drawn soldiers parading around in no clothes in Alexander the Great's time period that somehow has weird mecha elements, is not my idea of fun.

Do you have a fave anime pairing?
Probably Chan x Vino from Baccano! Although Miria x Isaac are without a doubt the greatest DUO in the histroy of anime.

If you bought a gift for your fave character, what would you get them & why?
Lol, Yomiko? It would have to be a book. Any book would do, but the rarer the better.

What is your fave animal from an anime?
Mao (the black cat) from Darker than Black. He is teh awesome.

Do you tend to like good guys or bad guys?
Good guys. But people who are "chaotic good" so to speak are usually pretty win.

Do you refer to japanese animation as "anime"? Yes...
Do you get upset when people call japanese animation 'cartoons'? No...
Do you commonly use words like 'nani' and 'baka' even though you can't speak Japanese? I'm one of the biggest anime fans you can find, and to me that is just plain weird...
If yes, do you know what 'nani' and 'baka' mean? I know what they mean.
Have you learned all the Japanese you know from watching anime? No, other sources have taught me some words.

Do you prefer subs, dubs or both? Usually subs, unless the dub is exceptional.

Do you have a subscription to an anime magazine or do you buy issues of one? No, but I read them in the bookstore sometimes.
Have you ever answered a question with "hai"? No...
Did you name a pet after an anime character? No...

Is there anything that you wished existed for anime merchandise but you cannot find it anywhere? For example a t-shirt or plush etc At the moment, ANYTHING Baccano! related... I want the playing cards, but I can't find them to be delivered to the states.

If you were in Japan, would you go to the studio of your favorite anime? And while you there, what would you do? Probably not the studio. I mean what would I do there? The doujin markets though... That would be a site to see.

If you could make an anime what might it be about? The second season of Baccano!, or Seto no Hanayome, or FMP, or Nodame Cantabile- or redo Berserk, the ending to Utawarerumono

Have you been to an anime convention? 1, but am going to another one shortly.

Recommend an anime: Again? lol. How about Baccano! again. If not, Seto no Hanayome for new stuff.

When you watch anime do you watch the Openings and Endings of the anime? Or you skip to the show? Watch if I am watching them on a week by week basis. Skip if I am watching multiple episodes at once.

What are your fave opening and ending songs? Too hard. I will just stick with current season. Kaiji's OP and Moyashimon's ED

How do you watch anime? Download, stream, or purchase DVD. I either watch it with friends, or on my computer.

Is there a genre of anime you refuse to watch? Not outright, but I am more inclinded to avoid shonen. There are some good shonen series out there though.

How did you start watching anime? Cartoon Network as a kid- before I knew what anime even was.

Will you still watch anime when you are old? Who knows. I will for the next few years though.

What is your favourite episode? FAAARRR too many. Maybe the 8th episode of Seto no Hanayome (or w/e the competition was), or the concert episode of Haruhi. Stuff like that.

Yeah Lovely Complex is still fairly new. But I hope some company will look into this series and pick it up! I will be so happy if that happens. I can get all the DVDs, lol.

Oh man...usually I don't like the villain because well...they are mean. XD But most of them are cool.

Okay, I am going to name some. I really hate them! I wish they will die, but they are very good villains.

Orochimaru from Naruto, Naruku from Inuyasha, Aizen from Bleach. Omg, they are so evil! Makes everyone's lives in chaos. But they do make the story interesting.

Man, unfortunately I haven't seen a lot of new anime as of yet. I been watching old ones, but they are new to me, lol. But they are are old by years.

So I am going to put in Lovely Complex and Naruto Shippuuden. These debuted this year so I will put those.
