This Grovyle's pretty good~ You should work on getting your proportions right before getting into colour and shade, though.
For example, the leaf on his head isn't sprouting from the middle, and on the shoulder, one of your lines goes through another line; you should've erased that. And the fingers on his left hand are a bit too thick compared to his right.

The colouring IS very good. You got your light source and use of lighting and shadow correct.

Remember to construct your drawing though! Think in terms of

good drawnings, they're still very good! keep it up! on a small note, have you already though of drawning a pokemon(s) in action? not really a must, but I would like to see how good you can do that.
 
I like Flareon, especially cause it is part of the Eevee family!! Very nice!!

well, the line art isn't that bad. they're all good. but yes, I thik you should stick with pencil art, and maybe learn the line art a bit more. the colored art is also good, maybe a bit more shading, and it's all well! just keep training with all three and keep make good drawnings!
