Do you have a partner, spouse, roommate, best friend, family member, or anyone in your life that has a habit that just bugs the living hell out of you? Maybe it's just annoying, or gross, or lazy, but not actually a bad enough thing to be a relationship deal breaker?

Conversely are YOU the person with the bad habit? What is it that do you do that annoys the people close to you? Everyone's got one!

My boyfriend's bad habit is whistling. He knows it can get on my nerves, but it's also something he doesn't realize he's even doing until I point it out. It gets even worse if he starts whistling Christmas music when we are months away from Christmas season...

I don't know what bad habit of mine gets on people's nerves. Maybe not answering messages or sending out texts? If someone reaches out to me I usually get back to them, but I will not initiate conversation 99.99% of the time.

My father has the worst habit of opening the curtains in the front room when he comes downstairs. The problem with this is that the sun is at an angle at that time of day where it shines directly on my chair...where I am always sitting at that time in the morning. So I get blinded when he does this. He KNOWS this happens, and he still fucking does it!

My step father is just really messy, never cleans up after himself, used to spit inside all the time. It makes me sick.

Haha my girlfriend is always late when she's getting ready for a date night or something we're attending which annoys me cause the one pet peeve I have is not being late and punctuality, like it's one of the only things that stresses me out so that's a great match lmao. As Jamie Lannister says though, *the things we do for love*.

My mom sometimes slurps too loud when eating soup, which irritates me, but I've become accustomed to it.
When my grandma sees me cooking, she goes from your typical "it's nice that you can cook, I'm so proud" to <insert what you're doing wrong here>. It irks me especially when I'm using asian or non-conventional ingredients. Like, who the hell would she know?
One of my best friends has a tendency to be late all the time. And as a very punctual person myself, it annoys me when I have to wait somewhere just standing and doing nothing and he texts me "I'm on my way" 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
Note that I love and care dearly for all of the people mentioned.

As for my bad habit, I don't really burst into laughter and instead just blow the air through my nostrils when I laugh. My brother hates that, but there's not much I can do about it.
I most likely do something else that's annoying someone, but I can't think of specifically anything else.
