Maybe because they were the only one's who'd actually talk to me or allow me near them ._.;; *shrugs*

I guess it was because I was weird as a kid ._.;; Like.. instead of playing with barbie-dolls, I'd play with Jurassic Park dinosaurs ._.;; *shrugs*
And I was never really that pretty, either ._.;;

There's only one point I need to make: People don't have to resort to fantasy roleplaying to escape reality. First-person shooters fit the bill just as perfectly; they can be as realistic as humanly possible or just plain out there, but they still serve the purpose of escapist recreation nonetheless.

Of course you wouldn't know who Solid Snake, Leon S. Kennedy, and Gordon Freeman are.

Sorry to disappoint, Ms. Lily, but any attempt to give Jorge brain cancer will require the use of constant exposure to a cellular phone within an inch of his skull for many years...so, in short, if he accepts your challenge, you'd best have your affairs in order.

Oh, that's right, you're a girl so the friends you're talking about are probably girls too, right? For some reason, I keep thinking all your friends are guys. I guess it's because I'm a guy and most of my friends are guys. Anyways, girls can be really mean to each other sometimes. I don't know if you've seen "Mean Girls", but yeah, that stuff does happen, the spreading rumors and all.

But fantasy roleplaying is basically as far as you can basically get from reality, which is what most of our members apparently prefer. If you don't have any luck here, perhaps try a more suited board?
