you think that is bad? our school is so strict that you cant even log on to cartoon network.com! this sight is blocked too, and all sights but school and math sights are blocked, even google! also, yahoo is blocked, so i can not check my mail... we have dress code, which belts must be warned, the 0 tollerance rule and all. i don't like eisd.

¤¤¤¤

Dress code, as in uniforms? That's not strict. Pfft! It's standard and regulation here in Australia. You should have seen the uniform I wore when I attended private school. @_@;

¤¤¤¤

I never understood the whole idea about uniforms for school, but thats just me.

¤¤¤¤

It's to give the students an apparent sense of unity, and to stop all the pettiness that comes with some kids coming to school wearing designer clothing and other kids not, etc.

Now I've got a question, how did you get the symbols for your text to show up like that in your post?

¤¤¤¤

...What, in a gradient? O.o; I used an online gradient-text generator. However, special characters didn't work, so I just used a letter in place of the character and went and replaced them in order in the code manually in Notepad after. :3;

I coded my little emo thing by hand ;<

Cheater. At least you had to recode it ;P

¤¤¤¤

Your emo thing is shorter, though, and it has a huge degree of difference, whereas mine doesn't, hence I had to get the colours done for me. @___@;

Ok I seen you all talking about uniforms inschool. Just had to comment xX

I can see why they want to do that. I mean would take a lot off the student mind but i can see why students hate it.
Sutudent want to show off either own ways and clothes do that for most but in school i can see how fighting over colths and also how cloths destracte can make staff up set.
In the end lol i dunno where i stand on this. I mean i get both sides and why their at some what of a in pass here in the US.

¤¤¤¤

I like uniforms! ^^ As long as they're pretty... +giggle+

¤¤¤¤

I don't mind either way. With or with out.

Unless-...I'll keep my thoughts to myself (not perverted ones ;P).

My dog hurt his leg from jumping too high. XD What scares me is that he's abnormally powerful. He can tackle me. o_O

Part 1
How good medicine is depends on where you live. With more people in the medical industry, less time is spend on each person so they don't learn all that they should or are capable of. I've seen a lot of physicians (the really bad and the really talented) and now think that teachers must have made them want to become what they are; while one doctor still cannot do the work of multiple somewhat-good doctors, lower-end physicians like nurses and technicians are more can do more things from their medical training than they are given credit for. We can use them to have good physicians if we really tried.

Part 2
I never said that!!1! [/spaz]Engineers will still be around, but they won't be doing as much. Manpower will still be building houses and such, they just won't be messing with chemicals and the like anymore.

Part 3
Teachers can tell you what they think is best for you moneywise, but that's not you. Don't be a career conformist >:

NOW READ IT O< I think I did good XP

You know, I didn't even realize until I read that a couple of times that you were finally summarazing me XD I just thought that you were backing me up with similar statements until I finally realized who was quoting me again, and, furthermore, why it was broken down into parts XD

You actually did an amazing job o_o; Cliff Notes should hire you or something...

They aren't picked that often here, in fact most teachers tell us that the jobs we want probably won't ever make us rich or well known, but if it's how we choose to live our life, do it in a way that you really want to. I know a guy who opted to be a social worker and not go on to become a doctor, just because of what the teachers would tell us. Once you get out of high school the teachers are lot more realistic and less idealistic. "It's not like any of you will ever have three mansions and never have to work again; so go ahead and just do what makes you happy." In high school though, at least for me, I never met any teachers like the ones in your school. The teachers we had were a lot more "follow your dreams" than "screw you dreams, make money" that you seem to have. XD

I actually have a feeling that the teachers at my school use the unrealistically-high hopes that they have for everyone to overcompensate for their actual, secret feelings that no one will ever amount to anything higher than menial labor here. Probably our school board advises teachers to try and generate hope because the students hold none for themselves; our reputation as one of the worst and most destitute schools around is common talk. Even if they don't have any hope for us, I still think they should at least show us that we have options; I don't even know what I want to be and I have to choose a college this week. Most of our teachers worked at McDonalds or Wal-Mart before they were hired here so they have no idea how the subjects they're teaching us apply to real life o_O
