RPG's are my favorite type of game...How can you not like them? XD
Call Of Duty 2 was a great game, almost as good as Black. :DDragonSlayer(Ryan) said:RPG games rox0rs but i like those war shooting one's as well. i like killing stuff xD

Yeah, Black is one of the best First Person Shooter games ever made.DragonSlayer(Ryan) said:there's a game that's called black?
btw.. nice banner, its a little simple though.

btw, Simple > All other sigs.
Definetly, being surrounded by 100 men while RPGing a clock tower has never been so tasty. xDDragonSlayer(Ryan) said:it is, eh? is it one of those hard-core shooting games?
Kazuhito said:I've always liked RPGs better than anything other genre of gaming. Mainly I just like watching the story play out and being able to effect what happens in it to some degree. They usually have better graphics than most other games and much better scores than basically any other type of game out on the market. A lot of work goes into most RPGs and it shows in most of them. I also like the "book" aspect of it, being able to play the part of a central character is always fun.
It generally is, RPGs, or at least the aspects that are most popular in them originated in Japan and then caught on in America and other countries. The Japanese usually aren't into big flashy games, they like slower paced stories that a person can really immerse themselves in.Naminé said:The rating aspect is not always true if Naminé remembers correctly. The Top 50 Games of All Time List for Japan was dominated by RPG games, yet many North Americans frown at the "ignorance" of the list how "World of Warcraft" "Doom series" and the likes were absent. Naminé thinks that game preference maybe influenced by japanese culture.
For example, Naminé hasn't find a RPG fan who hates anime or manga. At most, they are rather neutral against such entertainment. They may not excessively watch it as a series or download it, but they won't mind watching it if they see it as available when they have time. On the other hand, she haven't find an obsessive anime fan who hates RPG and prefers First Person Shooter type of games either. It confuses Naminé a bit why the majority follows this trend, as if RPG is part of the japanese culture along with anime and manga. She suppose that it maybe true, as almost all RPG games are from japanese game developers.
I beg to differ. Bungie and Valve are among the premier developers of first-person shooters today (Bungie made Halo, while Valve made Half-Life). Combine their FPS skills and expertise with Square's own know-how regarding RPGs, and you've got a kick-arse game.Klonoa said:Kingdom Hearts would of sucked if it were vavle, or bungie instead of disney.
