My first sprite thread here...
I would like it if people crit on my work. I don't mind if it's mean, rude, nice or what, as long as it helps me with my spriting skills. :)
I'll organize my thread later. Now, I'll just post random sprites.

great palletes and great use of dithering
It would have made the castform look nicer if you used dithering too but just my opinion
(Notices you used cressielia's head from DP)
Gasp its not a 100% scratch its a 85% scratch ohhhhhhhh your in trouble!

Hey AquaKip! Remember me, from PFU? Nice sprites you got thar. However, the Cresselia's pose is a bit awkward. Perhaps adjust the head's angle a bit.

Love the trainers sprites they are nice. I agree with spherical ice about the crecelia but I think its the blade/wing things at the bottom on the body not the head. Anyway over all theyre all nice.

Your Cresselia is missing it's hands, but other than that, it's terrific.

Can't see, find aything wrong with the others! Keep on going!

Hey Hey, those are some nice sprites!
First of all, excluding the Panda, I noticed you used a base for your scratches (correct me if I'm wrong), Froslass is from Platinum and Cresselia is merged from the D/P and Platinum...

and the Gym Leaders, the only thing that bothers me are their... feet
they look like their wearing stockings :P, it's just that they look like they don't have toes.... or is it just me?

overall, your sprites look good and your pixel arts caught my eye which is a pretty good thing too...

What is it that you guys find so hard about constructive comments? I mean it's not hard to say what you like or dislike about something.

Why is his/her work great, why do you like the Cresselia? I mean come on, it'd take a simple sentance or two. I mean the others have all done it fine.

In regards to the actual sprites Aqua, the panda is really nice, it's a solid design and the anatomy is pretty good. Only complaint is that it looks a bit too realistic.

You made the curves and everything right on the Cresselia. You used the right colors but next time use a better outline for the stripes in the middle of its tail.

nice work but on cresselia I think you should use more colors for the shading, mainly on the body where it seems you only used two.

I agree with Blazer... But wow. The fre gym leaders left arm looks like its coming out of his rib cage. That's all I really have to say.

I love these, I thought they were actual game sprites. Some really minor improvements could be made with Frosslass' diamonds and her hands/claws. And Cresseria's "wings" could have been curvier and I don't think they are supposed to be that thick where they connect to the main body.
But they are both great pieces of art, keep on.

The Cherubi is adorable. I would edit the background so it's not so fuzzy, but that's it.

Awwww You took the trainers off....... Due to the comments most likely =[ they were very good. I like that panda fakemon as well. I ment to say it in my other post. It just looks so smooth and natural. The colors really appeal to me.

yay! Johto starters! I like what you did to them... the coloring, background.... almost everything!

except, their outlining seems to be a bit chunky... and Cyndaquil's back, shouldn't that be connected with it's head?

I like them they look great, Backgrounds are nice. Little portion of chikoritas leaf at the tip looks off thats about it.
