    They are to me, without a good theme I kinda feel bad and I don't like it when I see people with no theme at all, it kind of looks... Empty, like there should be something there but... It's not.

    Well, anyway, vote and reply away.

    I was gonna make a poll about milk, but that went out the window ^^;

    Yeah, without a good theme, it kinda reflects and says that you can't take the time to make a decent theme. Yeah. I really can't say anything though, My themes suck anyway :(

    They match what I'm feeling like at the time, really. Or...they just help to brighten up my posts :3
    Honestly, if I have a bad theme, and I can't think of a better one, I might just stop posting all together for awhile until I find a good one! The only thing I NEVER change is my profile picture...it's just too awesome (b'-')b

    A good theme is always nice to have. It adds a little something your user name and stuff. I'm currently working on mine.
     
    Well I normally never have a theme, I just find random pictures on the web. right Now I'm finding an avatar to complete my theme. I just found it.

    But I've always loved themes. I just can never have that one theme for more then two weeks. Yet. Maybe.

    In other words, themes are hard to do if you just find pictures on the web.
     
    When I see someone who doesn't have a theme, it just makes me cringe. :<

    I've always always always had a theme. Even in my n00by days, I had a theme, even if it was an ugly theme.

    Theme's are good.

    I associate most people who are less capable of typing correctly to not have a theme. Because I'm just that biased. :<
     
    Yes I do think it's important, but it's not like you HAVE to have one, it's just a nice touch.
     
    A theme is a nice addition to your "user-lay-out".
    It's nice to have a matching avatar and banner, but it's not necessairy.
    But I like to have one.
     
    Themes are overrated, but they are often easy on the eyes.

    Of course, I contradicted myself, since I spent a long time in the previous months cropping images and texting my names onto their already copyrighted images, in the vein hope that someone who came across one of my posts would go; "That's a pretty sexy theme, I should PM him and praise him for it". The closest I got was a PM about how funny one of my quotes was, so I guess that's enough for now.

    I'm still trying to find an avatar, but the simplicity of just having a banner has been ruling me lately.
     
    They were important, until I realised that matching avvys look bad. So now I either have my favourite avvy or a banner... no real theme anymore.
