Aside from Unown and the cocoon Pokemon, I'm going to say Luvdisc and Farfetch'd aren't very useful Pokemon (because of their novelty status). Same for Delibird (it knows Present as a sole level up move and the only way for it to get new ones is to spend a lot of time breeding it, using up valuable TMs that could be useful for other Pokemon and a lot of shards/BP for move tutors).

Cacoons.(caught from wild, not evolved from respect worms)

I think that just about sums it up....all the others are useable in battle, to a degree. Cacoons are useable, if you evolved them from their 1st stage. Wild-caught ones with only Harden to utilise, can't be used.

honestly there is no proof that luvdisk evolves into this pokemon. shame though if it doesnt.

Wobbuffet completely pwns everything with no exception if you use it right and get a bit of luck

farfetchd is useless and im pretty sure is the weakest pokemon

I've swept the elite four on red numerous times with farfetch'd and he looks like a cool little guy with his spring onion representing XD
