Depends what you mean if you mean girls and boys as 17 and under then I don't know about that but if you mean males and females (including 65+) there are 10000 more women than men.

cause females live longer than men for some reason (i dont' know the scientific reason behind that one...) So if you include everyone in teh world be it age 1 or age 104, there should be more women in the world than men.
