No. Allows digital giveaways done entirely on the forums, but not physical ones. Prefers to avoid users giving out their physical address.

Note: Does not permit users to do any giveaway (physical or digital) somewhere other than the forums, also. Amounts to advertising, which is against the rules.

Feel free to message a moderator if you have any further questions about the rules.
