You know that expression, "You can take the boy out of the city, but you can never take the city out of the boy?" That's sorta the case here. I lived in Detroit up until five years ago. Now I'm down in the South, or "redneck country" as I like to call it. I'm always gonna be a city boy, even though I'm stuck in a rural-like suburban setting. You know, living in the suburbs even though I might as well be in the country. In the end, the city is the only comfortable place for me.
Which is why I like Islands because you can get both in just one small area! Like Ibiza. Ibiza Town on Ibiza Island is really a large clubbing city with lovely beaches and is crowded. But if you go to the more rural area on the northern side of the Island, its more country-like.... But then again there's a night club in EVERY town, village, or street, just because Ibiza is Ibiza the Clubbing Capital of the world.
I'm in between. I guess the suburban area? Not sure.
Cities are too noisy but they always have something going around.
Country with huge feilds are nice, but it gets too quiet. I'm not much of a farm person.
I lived in both, but more for city, but I didn't quite enjoyed both =P
City, City, City... No country here.. Hate it, it hates me. No questions asked, city all the way. In the country I am sick as a dog (stupid allergies) and at the city, I am home. XD
I wouldn't say I was either - I'm more of a small town person ^^ I don't feel at home in a big city or in the middle of the countryside :) Big cities make me feel quite uncomfortable...
