4th Gen Arranging Pokémon boxes in Pearl/Diamond

I usually organize them like this:

Pokemon I use in battle, like my main teams,
Pokemon I am in the process of training with,
Hm slaves, eggs, and Pokemon I am breeding experimentally with,
and from then on, I just organize the Pokemon I never/hardly ever use by levels.

no, but I put all my competitive Pokes in a special box and Dittos in another.

My organized system is very wierd.
I keep it all messed up (before I beat the e-4) then after the credits roll, I put the Pokemon I want to train for WiFi in seperate boxes, I put the useless ones (just to fill up my Pokedex) in the very last boxes (to keep out of the way). The "useless ones" I put in type and level order.

I order them by: Randoms I don't use, Shinies, Fossils, Teams, and Legendaries.

I'll usually organize them by category. (e.g. Teams, Breeding Projects, Eggs, Legendaries, and Randoms)
