    does any 1 think ash could be some how related to ho-oh for the simple fact that ash can get along with every pokemon he has and is always in the pefect place at the perfect time...he could have some pokemon genes running thourgh his vains.....maybe ho-oh is always watching ash and puts him in certain events on purpose

    I think it should go to Pokemon Anime section =/

    Anyway, I think, he meets every legendary pokemon, because he is a hero boy from anime. In game you meet legendary pokemon also ^.~
    On Sppf one girl said, that maybe HO-OH is Ash`s Father. But I really don`t belive it.

    I think, HO-OH likes Ash and he watching him. Maybe HO-OH knows, that Ash is a very good boy and will be a great pkmn trainer, and it can trust him.

    If this is about the anime... then I don't really see the correlation between Ho-oh and Ash to be honest. It's only really been in 2 episodes (granted the 1st one was quite important), but I don't realy think anything of it to be perfectly honest... :/

    Ho-Oh is not Ash`s Dad because Ash is a human and Ho-Oh is a pokemon.
    I think, Ho-Oh likes Ash or Ash is just a lucky guy.

    Its true that Ash is the hero and hes a good guy but if thats why Ho-oh likes him then why hasn't Ho-oh appeared before Breock, or Misty, Max, Richie, or anybody else. I think the reason is because Ash has a great destiny that some how involves Ho-oh. And Ho-oh knows that and so its been slowly revealing itself to him to kind of get him ready for it or something. It could also be that Ho-oh is guiding Ash to something. In the first episode Ho-oh flew in the direction of Viridian City, which everyone knows is where Team Rockets gym was, as well as the Pokemon Center. And the second time Ho-oh appeared it flew towards Hoenn, which is where Team Aqua and Team Magma are. Did you notice that Team Rocket was having trouble because so many members had been caught. And it was after that that Ho-oh *led* Ash to Hoenn. So it could be that Ho-oh is leading Ash all over the place to help rid the world of all the Pokemon thieves and stuff. Or it could be that Ho-oh knows that Ash will one day confront it face to face. Mabey both or mabey something completely different. Who knows thats just my theory.

    I heard somehwere that Ho-oh only appears when it is heralding the arrival of a trainer of great destiny. As we've seen from the movies, Ash has been heroic multiple times, and thus it was befitting for Ho-oh to reveal itself to Ash.

    maybe the humans in pokemon orginated from pokemon maybe ho-oh is ash's great great great great great granddad or grandma

    I thought that Ho-Oh was ash's gardian and watched over him

    true...as Chairman Kaga....i also think Ho-oh is guiding ash to every trouble that must be resolved...in every movie he is on an adventure..
    Pokemon 1st movie...saving world from mewtwos destruction
    Pokemon 2000....*i think* puttin those orb things back where they were supposed to be
    Pokemon 3....saves the little girl and puts unknown back {actually entei did tat but he helped}
    Pokemon 4ever....helps the Pokemon Celebi and *helps* purify the pokemon
    Pokemon Heros...helped Latios and Latias
    Pokemon Jirachi Wishmaker....helps Jirachi and puts tat Groudon back where it came from
    so all the movies include him helping a pokemon that is in danger *serious danger*

    That's the point - it proves that Ho-oh isn't Ash's guardian or something similar. If it was, it would have stopped the world from getting destroyed, or Ash getting turned into stone or something similar...

    As I said in my last post...

    If that [Ho-oh being Ash's guardian] was so, Ho-oh would be saving Ash every other episode o_o;;

    Instead, Ho-oh is there to remind Ash at times that he has an important destiny ahead of him, but cannot interfere in anything, as it would be affecting the destiny that Ash must achieve on his own. It merely reveals itself to inspire Ash.

    Well we all know Ho-oh's important. Mabey we can't settle on why Ho-oh reveals itself to Ash but we can all agree on that. I'm sure that someday there'll be an episode/movie that stars Ho-oh and when that happens we'll find out.

    It could be possible,cause whatever game you catch Ho-oh on his holding something called "SacredASH".so it could be a possibility.

    Thats true but you have to remember that ash is also whats left over after a fire. And also remember that the Tin Tower burned down. So that ash could be some ash from the Tin Tower. It might not have anything to do with Ash from the show.

    Good pt
    In my Fanfic Pokemon Beyond, Ash morphed into his past life ,Ho-oh to fight Team Rocket

    That could be a major possibility,but ash also saw Ho-oh the first episode,when Ho-oh wasnt even a known pokemon throught the whole first set of pokemon.

    Maybe Ash could be a something like Anakin Skywalker or Jesus born to virgin mothers!!
    Maybe Ho-oh was the god in this case
