    Ash first season = 10 years old
    2=11 but as i was watching he matures alot like his voice ect ect so i defintly that he isn't 10 years old
     
    Lol i know he is somewhat annoying and i stopped watching pokemon when other animes came out well err he does sound somewhat more mature
     
    How would you know? It's not like hes real anyways.
    How do you find out that his voice matures? Ash going through puberty in the anime for changes in voice would be most unlikely.

    1. From seasons 1-9 he was voiced by a 28 year old WOMAN (now 29).
    2. In D/P, Ash is voiced by a 20 year old woman, so I don't know how you find changes in the voice especially it "maturing".
     
    There's never really been a specific timeline scale in Pokemon. You can never tell how old one of the main characters are, especially if you're only judging by seasons as there's now been what 10? seasons. You could say he's "matured" since the VA change, but think about it. If 4kids hadn't stopped dubbing it, wouldn't Ash's voice remain remotely similar?

    If there were more obvious events such as say birthdays for example (regardless of revealing age) or changes in weather due to the different seasons, then possibly we could have an idea. But for now, everything is up for the guess... anyone could be right on his age.

    Ash is about 15. I would agree with that.

    Yes he is a woman...im suprised you can't tell XD
    His age....why should it matter?...

    In Battle for the Badge he says its been a year since he was last in Viridian City. But he's still 10 I think. He hasn't had a birthday, poor Ash
     
    ash is just a wierdo kid who even though his voice gets deeper his intelect and apperence stay the same. I mean why would u use thunder bolt on an elekid when u know it'l do nothing?

    If we were to factor birthdays into this, my guess would be:

    Kanto-6 months
    Islands-6 months
    Johto-a full year
    Houen-9 months to a year

    this is, of course, assuming that each episode = one day unless multiple days pass in the episode.
     
    He probably ages because it wouldn't make much sense if he was able to travel throughout an entire region in about a month or two. I'd say he'd be about 12-13 by now. That would also make Misty around 13, Brock about 17, and May about 11.
