ash loses in finals

    im hearing all over that ash loses to the darkrai trainer in the finals and that ash leaves to isshu region with gible and pikachu does anybody got more info on this and if this is true imma be alil dissapointed because this generation dragged on way too long for him to lose at the very end they should of atleast let him win this one
     
    The writers don't want anyone to win for no good reason. Best proof is how Dawn lost to Zoey in the Grand Festival finals resulting in Dawn having never beaten her main rival throughout the series.
     
    I think he is facing the Darkrai guy in the semi finals as him vs Paul is the top 8 (I believe). So don't think that is happening
     
    I don't believe any rumors out their simply because I've heard too many of them. I've also heard that Takuto's Darkrai is actually a Zoroark and he's from Isshu, so meh. Oh, and apparently he could have an Entei too. (Zoroark? ^_^)

    Just have to watch and see.
     
    He'll beat Paul, He always beats his main League rival
    Kanto - Gary (>.<) i cant remember that one
    Orange islands - Won
    Johto - Beat Gary lost agaisnt Harrison
    Hoenn - Beat the Morrison lost against Tyson
    Sinnoh - Beat's Paul (Obviously) Might lose against Takuto, if he wins then he'll face Cynthia we all know what will happen their, It'll be a show down Between Gible&Garchomp x)
     
    Ash didn't defeat Gary in Kanto. He was defeated by a random guy.

    I know Ash will defeat Paul but he will be defeated by Takuto.
     
    I post in most threads before you even post so I'm not stalking you!

    And I wonder if someone will be able to defeat Takuto's Darkrai.

    On Topic: Maybe Ash's Charizard although Pikachu defeated a Dragonite so...
     
    I don't know if Ash diserves to win the Sinnoh League...
    Okay, he trains his pokemons hard, very hard. But sometimes, he wins and he shouldn't.
    Like the time where his Charizard was fighting against Articuno. Articuno used Ice Beam on Charizard's wings, and they didn't even freez.
    Articuno's Ice Beam is able to freez everyting : a building, a village, and everything else you want. So why not Charizard's wings ?
    And also about his Charizard, he got a Hydropump and then a Magnitude (I'd say 8) by Gary's Golem and Blastoise, and he didn't even look exhausted...​

    There are several times like this, when Ash shouldn't have won, but there are too many...
    All this just to say, I'm a little against Ash's victory.
    Plus, it will be hard for him to defeat Darkrai. (But as we all know him, he'll surely find something to win easily. A way that we can't use in games... -__-)​

    Yeah, 'cuz some rules in games are not respected in the Anime...Like Pikachu's fight against Rhydon. Everyone knows that Rhydon's not affected by electricity. Well, Ash ordered his Pikachu to attack Rhydon's corn (thing that we can't do in games), and it worked...​

    I don't know, but it kinda makes me angry, and it makes me hate Ash.​
     
    Veronika, you just spoilered it for me :( I thought Dawn would win, but good on Zoey.

    And the title of this thread scared me, not that I want him to win but it's the surprise that counts :)
     
    First off, if Ash does win the league somehow, then he will not be facing Cynthia. Lucian himself said that you need to face off against the entire Elite 4 and if Ash won then he could face Cynthia. And Lucian said he'll face Ash first thing if he wins the league.

    I am actually thinking that Ash will either knock Darkrai out, or it comes out as a draw. They've been putting so much effort into letting us know that Takuto has a legendary pokemon and I can't see why they would do that just for Ash to lose against it. I'm not saying Ash will win, but I think he will win against Darkrai at least.
     
    thats the thing too they hyped the entire elite four in this region it would be a waste to not see ash battle em plus i reallly do not wanna wait another 4 years to see if he can win a pokemon league

    Did you watch the episode? Articuno's Ice Beam DID freeze Charizard's wing. Granted, it was only at the wingtip, but you can't expect a fire pokemon with body temperature so high that it can survive in the lava to be frozen that easily.

    Charizard is technically supposed to be immune to Magnitude because of his flying type. They seriously messed up there. Blastoise is a tank, not a sweeper. Can't expect Blastoise to have a strong hydro pump. Charizard was trained in Charicific Valley for a reason. That Johto win was legit for Charizard because it was obvious that Charizard was much higher level than Blastoise and Golem.

    I have to agree about Pikachu though. It's just given all sorts of crap to win just for being a main character.
