    I call them by their English names when their English names are confirmed, only because I'm English myself.
    But Satoshi>Ash.

    I like the name 'Satoshi' better, but since I've been saying 'Ash' since who the 'ell knows since, I call him by Ash. :3;

    I've always called him Ash. Like most others, I watched the anime a lot when I was younger and that's where I got to know him. So, it's not like I can give up the habit now.

    I'm fond of the name "Satoshi," though. I think it's cool how they named him after Satoshi Tajiri, and Shigeru (aka Gary) is named after Shigeru Miyamoto.

    I call him Ash. It just .. feels weird to call him anything else. xD

    And plus, most of us probably grew up with the name Ash, so it most likely just stuck. nvn
