How can a person be an Irish citizen and yet be an American idiot at the same time? Maybe he's just an idiot without a country.
Unless he was brought up in a household that strictly speaks Gaelic (a rarity in modern times), any Irish person should be fluent in English; the fact that a native English-speaker cannot write or type legibly in his native tongue is just plain appalling, really.
