Actually, I learned in a magazine article that the calories of a full-fledged meal at McDonalds--the usual cheese burger, some fries, and a chocolate shake--are equivalent to 3 days of nourishment...that's pretty filling O.O

--I'm leaving, so buh-bye now!

Yeah, a person is only supposed to have 2000 a day.
I am laughing out loud. I hardly even get 1200 a day.

Two slices of toast for breakfast each day. A sip of coffee from my mom's mug of coffee. Just a sip.

Two bags of corn nuts and a Cherry Coke for lunch at school. And a bowl of rice, usually along with fish for dinner.

And a snack here or there when I get hungry, which doesn't happen much.

ANd I have no idea how many calories are in toast or rice actually.

Kaga scurrs me now...I counter with McDonalds fury

Bleh...I usually eat a lot. YEsterday I had three footlongs from Subway just because I was super hungry. Even those weren't enough to get me filled, but close enough. I swear, if I didn't play football or had a job I'd be huge...*kicks slow metabolism*

I envy those whose mouths are little more than event horizons. I can eat very little and gain a lot of weight <_<;
I'm not sure how fast or slow my metabolism is since I [usually] eat very little compared to other people. And what I eat is more than enough to...umm...make me not hungry.

When I don't feel like being usual, I eat a lot. A plate of steamedthenfried crab....fried rice...this one kind of fish that's like 26 inches long...and a whole bunch of other Asian stuff. >.>

Well, if you're not hungry from eating little food, you must have a high metabolism, I guess. But we never learned metabolic specifics in any class, so I have no idea <_<; I eat too much, actually, but not by choice. My mother still considers me a "growing boy" (-_-) and cooks extra food for me at dinner...and the problem is that she gets offended if I don't eat it all. If you knew my mom you'd understand why I'm afraid to disobey her.

Sounds like good stuff...though seafood isn't my thing. Ick... I tried shrimp for the first time last week and I'm not sure whether I like it or not yet.

Shrimp isn't that bad, took me a while to get use to it but it's a lot better than most other seafood.

I like seafood a lot; I've been eating it ever since I was little. Fish, crab, oysters, clams, mussels, shrimp, prawns... Yup. XD

Meh, I'm not a fan of seafood myself. I use to love the stuff when I was younger, now I can go without it.

I can't stand most fish...like people love Salmon, but it tastes rancid to me <_<; Shrimp is merely...fishy...with a unique sweetness that I'm not used to. Crab and lobster look great, but I've never tried them...I think it has something to do with the fact that they're boiled alive.

Pretty much all I like are whitefish, clams, and catfish...

Same as Andy, the stuff smells really bad to me. As for Lobster, it's...nasty, I never saw what was so great about it. It's sour and has a really bad aftertaste.

I also hate the smell of fish...cooking doesn't get rid of the fishy smell, it just masks it D: Fish has to be deep-fried before it's palatable to me.

Some head of gourmet academy I am, hating Sakai's specialty XD
