That's really cool. I've been playing Emerald alot. I was trying to get Ice Punch on my Ampharos from the move tutor, but it can't learn it. It can learn Thunder Punch naturaly and learn Fire Punch by the move tutor, but it can't learn Ice Punch by move tutor?!

I had one deadly Ampharos on my Silver version when I first played...I was ecstatic that it could learn thunderpunch naturally XD Those were the days...

though, if you ask me, Flaaffy > Ampharos =p

Well, I had one in Silver too. :) Of course, it could learn Fire Punch by TM, but it couldn't learn Ice Punch by TM in Gold, Silver, and Crystal ether. So, pretty much, the only way you can get an ice attack on it is by Hidden Power. My Ampharos does have Reflect which I got though breeding. :)

Is there such a thing as any electric pokemon that can learn an ice attack? o_o;

I never use Electric types in the games solely for the fact that they all have terrible movepools...I felt especially ripped off in RS. Manectric, Plusle, and Minun were all terrible =/

yeah, its a really cool type, but if you don't like the Pikachu family (from hearing about it so much) then you really don't have many alternatives.
