Ok XD as far as I know it was black, had a stitched Rayquaza on it, and when you closed it the sides of your SP were still exposed...

Believe me, I used to be like that in the GS days. I had Charizards with Hydro Pump and such.

There's also a corresponding Plusle cover, but I prefer Minun for its negativity (as well as its color scheme, more dissimilar to Pikachu than Minun's.)

Actully, there's two electric Pokemon that can learn ice attacks, and they are the counterparts to Magby and Magmar.....

and

They can learn Ice Punch by breeding and by the move tutor in the Battle Frontier on Emerald.
