The first idea was to assign a current member of the staff to study the behavior of these 'special' people (Megiddo was voted to be the best choice). Meanwhile, I was browsing through my email when I noticed Jan-Lee (I'm sure everyone remembers him, he's a nice example of this 'special' group of people) send his 20'th email begging to be unbanned. This time, he offered to pay a small fee for the damages he had done to our community.
So, I agreed to unban him and in return he paid a small fee. He also happily accepted the position of 'special' moderator (atleast, again for a small fee due to the obvious risk involved in this controversial decision), specialised in dealing with the earlier mentioned 'special' people. This saved our already busy staff the horrors of having to study his kind of people to have a more 'fair' moderation of our boards. I'm sure he'll be a good, responsible moderator. A fine addition to our already-great team!
