EDIT: Lol... I just realised that this was my 777th post here! Yayz~

@Shika: The Berry Master is at Route 208, just outside of Hearthome City. And the girl who gives you the rare berries is in Pastoria City's house in the far west. Both give you berries daily!!

Toughness? Well... poffin does that. I hate making poffin though, it's so much more difficult than making Pokeblocks. The berries you get from the Berry Master will be the best place to go~
