the full one supports layers while the free one doesn't.

It's apparently meant to require a key to register after 30 days.

The only thing I can think of is click image>image size and choose.

Um, yep. For NDS ROMs only 2 per 24hrs. 3 for GBA ones I believe.

Oh yes. GIMP. I've heard many times of that~ but when I DLed it, it wasn't so great... O.o I dunno... maybe it was just me.

Anyway I did the banner. It sucks IMO.
