    Introduction:
Hey guys, this is my 2nd RMT here, when I got bored of my other team, I decided to make this team, which has been quite successful, with a success rate of 93%.

    In depth:

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    Nature: Naive
    Ability: Levitate.
    EV's: 4atk, 252spd, 252sp.atk
    Moveset:
    ~ Taunt
    ~ Psychic
    ~ Explosion
    ~ Stealth Rock
Comments: It can set up the rocks, it can stop people from setting up rocks, it can explode after doing it's job, it can do anything! The star of the team, AZELF!

    *pokemonelite2000 image removed*
    Gyarados @ Leftovers
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Intimidate
    EV's: 4def, 252atk, 252spe
    Moveset:
    ~ Dragon Dance
    ~ Waterfall
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Earthquake
Comments: Another team for me, another Gyarados in it.... I'm being tired now of keeeping a Gyarados in my teams :D! This Dancing Dragon can easily sweep teams with Dragon Dance and the rest, my Gyarados/Zapdos counter.

    Starmie @ Expert Belt
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EV's: 252sp.atk, 252spe, 4hp
    Moveset:
    ~ Surf
    ~ Thunderbolt
    ~ Psychic
    ~ Ice Beam
Comments: Beware of the star! It's a beast! Expert Belt gives it more power, while it's set makes it a beastly fast special sweeper :D.

    Lucario @ Life Orb
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EV's: 252atk, 4def, 252spe
    Moveset:
    ~ Close Combat
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Extremespeed
    ~ Crunch
Comments: The same SDLuke I used last time, it hasn't still stopped sweeping teams. Life Orb is a must, and SD + LO + ES = Dead for non-Ghosts/Steels. Also my only Rotom/Gengar counter, with Crunch.

    "image removed"
    Scizor @ Life Orb
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Technician
    EV's: 252atk, 224spe, 32hp.
    Moveset:
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Bullet Punch
    ~ Superpower
    ~ Bug Bite
Comments: Last time, I used a CBScizor. This time, I'm trying a SDScizor, and it's PWNAGE!! I'm just confused, in what to use in the last slot, Bug Bite or Quick Attack? Help me out. :D

    Mamoswine @ Life Orb
    Ability: Snow Cloak
    Nature: Jolly
    EV's: 252atk, 4def, 252spe
    Moveset
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Ice Shard
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Blizzard
Comments: This mammoth.... It's quite a mammoth task to defeat it :D. Ice Shard can land a free KO on outraging dragons like Mence or Flygon, a STABbed Earthquake hits everything hard, except for those who resist/are immune to it, Blizzard is for the annoying Skarmory and Stone Edge is for coverage.

edit: Dark Azelf has spoilt my RMT's name yet again... Maybe I'll stop making RMT's now...

Gyarados = / = Gyarados counter. Stone Edge is a OHKO.

Speaking of which, yeah you are Gyarados weak, it OHKO's your entire team. Starmie is your best bet but that gets OHKO'd by a +1 LO Stone Edge/Earthquake/Bounce.

Id replace it with Suicune, this also helps with your Heatran weak because with SR up Scarf Tran really kills you, 2hkoing even Starmie and doing heavy damage to Gyarados.

    Suicune @Leftovers
    172 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 Speed
    Timid Nature
    - Calm Mind
    - Hydro Pump / Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

Bulky Offensive Suicune, has fantastic synergy with Gyarados, Lucario and Scizor. Basically this lures in Zapdos, other bulky waters, Gyarados, the Rotoms to some extent etc all of which counter Luke, Scizor or Gyarados so this can open up sweeps. It also checks Gyarados and Heatran well.

Next, id advise bulky Gyarados >> your current set as Jolly SD Lucario + SR beats your whole team, not good.

    Gyarados@Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Spe
    - Dragon Dance
    - Aqua Tail / Waterfall
    - Taunt
    - Bounce

Good luck and i hope you try my changes.

    EDIT :

Btw, Taunt is better on Azelf >> Fire Blast. Fire Blast sucks tbh, oh cool lets let them set up on me. :/ Preventing SR also helps Gyarados.

    EDIT 2 :

Consider Blizzard on Mamoswine >> SuperPower, sounds crazy right ? Well you said you had Skarm problems and Mix Mamo is probably one of THE best Skarm AND Rotom lures there is, this would help your team alot and also help with stall and opens up Scizor sweeps. ;D

Sorry to say that, but Bulky Gyarados has failed, and Suicune too.. But, I'm keeping Taunt on Azelf and Blizzard on Mamoswine, that pwned Skarm.

Jolly on your Mamoswine is not recommended as it weakens Blizzard power, so use either Hasty or Naive.

Swampert kinda give you some troubles, so Grass Knot > Psychic is recommended on Starmie.

its tricky whether to choose Quick Attack or Bug Bite, but I guess Bug Bite is a preferable option for it to kill Celebi.
