Chit-Chat: Back to the Grind(stone)

I pre-ordered Overwatch yesterday so the hype is real for that game.

Hit the Windows Store and started download for Killer Instinct. A rather late port, but I think I look forward to fooling around in it (and using the built-in benchmark).

Thing is, I'll have to do all this on my laptop. My desktop's motherboard needs to be repaired, so...

So what have i done for the following days

Brutal Doom: I get my equally Doomguy of a friend to try out Brutal Doom: Project Brutality and he was more than happy with what he just witnessed. Were planning to spend an entire day playing some Brutal Doom: PB Co-op soon so he can experience what's it like to have delicious blood red organ parties left and right.

Also, since I'm seeking more varieties with Doom mods, I decided to download even more user made mods for future references such as map and gameplay design.

Borderlands 1: I finally got the balls to get past Mad Mell because my driving is so bad with my less than copious 30-20 fps on low settings so i decided to just ramp abuse him to death so i could finally move on with the story, and the areas so i have more mobs to kill.

Halo master chief collection

Does anyone play Halo Master Chief Collection online? What's your gamertag?

If Nine Coins, Nine Purses, Nine Bears: The Novel had been real I would have totally bought it to be honest.

Spoiler:

So i just bought Blood and Bacon since those are two things that i really find delightful, and decided to play for the heck of it and....

Spoiler:

also, its been months since i installed a game that doesn't kill my cruddy laptop's ability to object process.

The game plays a lot like a simplified mix of Serious Sam, Left 4 Dead (heck this game borrows a lot from it), Killing Floor, and Farm Simulator. Also has Co-op action to. Its one of those games that you can play with your friends while having the beers, the bacons, and possibly the smokes if you had one. Its highly repetitive but what do you expect from something as low as 34.50 Philippine Pesos or whatever currency you might think that be (Less than a dollar)

Spoiler:
We all would, we all would =D

Still, considering Uchi and Kodaka, they will make it =D Uchi will use it as a sequel to 999 explaining that 2nd Nonary Game survivors were kidnapped by Monokuma before they appeared in ZTD =D

I'm so glad that i finally found the sources of my Disk C: Space issues. As it turns out, some games actually keep older/legacy versions of their games for some reason so i deleted the crap out of those legacy versions and Borderlands 1 has been running so smoothly in most moments.

Thankfully, none of these did that.

My Steam Library is kinda aids right now (or in other words, looks more like a bookshelf with a few books). While most of my games are those that i like, and I haven't even installed Wrack yet. Shadow of Mordor is installed in our secret PC. I've slowly turned back to my old First Person Shooting self. So aside from SoM, you guys already know what I'm digging as of late.

Wait, you mean like in the Steam directory?

Get into the store room, found a chest. I opened it and found some awesome old PC CD games. Call of Duty, Medal of Honour, Battlefield 1942 and even Command and Conquer!

Argh reminds me my old days of PC Gaming, but sadly my Counter Strike 1.5 do not have the disc, just the cover only.

Redownloaded Black Ops III to my PS4 today. Giving it another chance. If I have connection problems again, I'll just play something else.

I want to have that weapon chest >: )))))

**************

So random gaming things that happened to me:
- Just played League again and was lucky to find my friends at the Internet Cafe/PC Bang we hang out. I made a post in the appropriate thread about the carnage that me and my friends did.

- Borderlands 1: Sweet delicious Red Chest farming. I just got some really sick Orange level rarity weapons last night, and sacrificing sleep to get them was so worth it.

- I have a random thirst for some Halo 1 for the PC. Yes, in case some of the younger youngins don't know, Halo 1 does exist for the PC and I need that in my life..

New PS4 update is brilliant. Streaming to PC/Mac. Friend online notifications. And appearing offline.

I meant to say dem games son. I remember having Battlefield 1942 and I'm looking for the good ole installer hidden away in my HQ. Then again, BF1942 was only really fun with people around, even if it was just me and my friends fighting against the bots.

Valve releasing a 3rd game in a series?

Well obviously i don't want to make any references to the whole "Valve can't count to 3" joke but I'm actually on to that. I'm reading Left 4 Dead 3 google searches for days.

Also, Doom 4's multiplayer... oh yeah.. CUSTOM LOADOUTS ON MAH DOOMGUY! Then again, i'm already McLovin the purists hate on Doom 4's multiplayer >:)))) (WHERE'S MUH TRADITIONAL FFA DEATHMATCH? AND CUSTOM LOADOUTS IN DOOM!? THE SHAME!")

I remember saying this gen I would buy every zombie game made.

So far I have bought 0. Left 4 Dead 3 would be the first though, if one ever came out.

Well so I have played:

Call of Duty Zombies : Well the layout at Cod Zombies survival mode. Its quite simple and fun at first 20 rounds, but after the rest is boring and the zombies become more god like which is kinda unfair lel.

But in later game franchises like Cod BO2 and BO3, the game map become more complicated and added with some hidden Easter eggs, making the gameplay to be more interesting. But yet, investing money for these games are not that worth (price range for RM 100~150) if you focus on zombie mod.

Left 4 Dead games are quite great, much more for arcade and wide range of mods and add ons to choose ( I admit I downloaded Miku character skin), they are more bloody and tons of zoms to shoot. The goal is to stay alive and reach to the extraction point safely. The price is very cheap and worthwhile to wait for discounts ( RM 30 for normal price). Furthermore, valve games always more optimize for mid to low tier hardware drive, meaning you can still play the game even your PC is crappy 10 years old in Win XP.

Yeah, the Black Ops 3 zombies maps so far have been an exercise in "let's add a bunch of nonsense that ruins what zombies was all about in World At War and Black Ops".
