Actually, she won't be getting a banner at all. If you look back a page or so, you'll see a guest (who was a member who's now deleted) called 'tiger44'. Togipi is her on a new account, and she keeps harassing me via PM so I'm not making her one at all.
It's a long story about how I was even going to anyway.

Edit: Shuichi Shindou, I'll get started right after I finish Twilight's. ^^
