Plot:
Far beyond the land of Unova heritages an unknown region called the Bara region. It houses all Pokemon from cute to strong. People everywhere wanted to come to this island to find all foreign Pokemon, & make gyms with cities & explorations. They've build a harbor for ships to arrive. Professors have come to study the Pokemon's home. Bara is mostly of mountains & oceans, so workers have managed to build towns & cities away from mountains. Trainers would have to use Surf on their Pokemon if they wanna get anywhere in the Bara region.

Some legendary Pokemon have also come here for their own reasons. Lugia romages under the sea with the fresh water & the cool breeze. Cresselia flies around to see new places. Celebi enjoys the forests & playing with the Pokemon around. No one knows that the legendaries roam around the Bara region, hidden from any human. The three legendary Pokemon, Groudon Kyogre & Rayquaza, have taken slumber deep within the caves, mountains & old tower

What comes with many opportunities come bad intentions. A group of evil humans have formed together to take over the Bara region. They have named themselves Team Storm. Their purpose is to control the weather & cause havoc on the region, to claim their leader king of the Bara region oneday. To do that, they require the legendary weather Pokemon. The gym leaders are aware of Team Storm & are struggling what to do with them. They have been looking for them everywhere, but they hide to well. They gave up, but are determined to find them at all cost.

You:
Trainer: You are a starting trainer who is about to arrive to the Bara region by boat. You arrive in Penma Town to achieve one of fifteen starter Pokemon, ranging from Bulbasaur to Oshawott. You can either battle for the gym badges or compete in Pokemon contests for the Grand Festival.

Team Storm: You are a member/leader in Team Storm. As a grunt you have recently recieved 2 Pokemon to aid you in search of the legendary weather Pokemon. As an Admin you have 3 Pokemon to help you out. As the leader you have 3 strong Pokemon & are currently planning what your next move is while hidden from the locals inside a base deep underwater.

Personality: Kilik is an independent guy who never gives up no matter what happens. He never backs down from a challenge & stays firm if insulted. He's like someone who can read people's minds, but he just takes a 'lucky guess.' Apparently he has no sense of humor so he takes things too seriously, although he tries to find his sense of humor. Kilik is very intelligent in battle, finding every different solution for the outcome to be on his side. Kilik tends to stay quiet in front of others as he tries focusing more at the situation at hand. If everything is okay for the time being, he will start up a conversation of something he knows or of what the other likes to talk about.

One thing about him is he gets stressed during a battle when he has WAY too much pressure. He randomly calls out commands which can mess up his battle style, occasionally giving his opponent the win. Kilik has a little anger issues when someone doesn't take notice of him, so try to comment for him always when possible.

History: Kilik used to live in Cianwood City, playing in the beach all the time. His family later had to move to save money. Kilik was sad to leave, wanting to stay with his friends. His parents reassured him that sometimes, change is good. Kilik reluctantly agreed, & they moved away. He said goodbye to his friends, & off they went.

At his years in Castelia City, his new home, Kilik hangs near the harbor, since it reminded him about the beach in Cianwood City. It's not often though. Kilik ventures around the buildings & such, even the gym. In the middle of the city he saw 2 Pokemon fight each other, with one kid on each side giving commands. What was this? Why were they fighting? When the battle ended Kilik asks the kids why they fought. They explained to him that they are trainers, & trainers battle out with Pokemon to become the strongest. Of course they told him he didn't have to become a trainer. He could do whatever he wanted with Pokemon, just so long as it's not bad.

Almost everyday, Kilik went to look for battles to watch, but a lot of people were to busy with this & that. A few dancers did once battle a few times. He was understanding these battles more & more. He didn't have a Pokemon though, which was suckish for him since he started loving battles so much.

On his way home through the back alley, after picking up groceries to take home, Kilik had a feeling someone was watching him. He looked around to see who it was, but nothing. Then he noticed that the bag he was holding felt lighter than it should. When he looked the bag of food was gone. How did that happen? A giggle was heard. Kilik turned around to find someone just hiding right now, only seeing a glimpse of a...tail? He caught up to this thief & found a girl with his bag, & a tail. Was it a costume or something? Kilik decided to pull the tail, & what surprised him really was a shocker. This 'girl' was actually a Zorua. It giggled, but Kilik wasn't happy. It stole his food & thinks this a joke. He wasn't gonna stand for this. He started criticising the Pokemon, but it still found this funny. Kilik decided to catch this little devil sneaky, using a Dusk Ball. Lucky there were lots in the Pokemart & Kilik had enough money for 2, plus it was night. With a new friend & groceries back, Kilik walked back to his house in buildings. (Hard to find sometimes.)

Years passed, & Kilik was now ready to go on his own adventure. His parents wished him luck & he was off, starting at Route 5.

Kilik finally got a chance to battle, but only a few times. It was exilerating, & Kilik wanted to see many places. He heard about the Bara region that was only a boat ride away. Kilik decided to go there by taking the ship in Castelia City. Lucky he had plenty of money for a ticket. He bought a tisket, got onboard, & awaited his adventure in Bara to start.

Penma Town: A small town with a hotel. It has a harbor for ships to dock from other regions. Professor lives in his lab where he studies the Pokemon's habitats.

Route 1: Northwest of Penma Town. It is a simple straightaway to the next town, with grassfields along the way.

Aldia Town: A famous town for fishers. Many fishermen come here to fish for many fish Pokemon by the beach north of the city. One of Professor Gerald's colleages lives here.

Personality: Valorie, in one word is cool. She loves to use word like: Girlfriend and dude, ect. Valorie is a energetic girl, she can run very fast, and is a expert swimmer. Valorie loves music, it's the main thing she does. Listen to music. She likes any type of music except for jazz. Valorie is knd, encouraging, beautiful and understands many things. She also is very Naive, yet brave to. She would do almost anything with that combination, even jump from a high tower. On the negative traits Valorie can be harsh at times, but little. She complains about many things and has a short temper, but she can control it when she wants to. Valorie hardly trusts anyone to, she likes to keep things to herself before sharing it with other's. Back to the Positive traits, Valorie loves to pokemon battle. She really likes pokemon and will take care of any injured pokemon.

Valorie has a sort of dirty golden hair, Which is in a ponytail. Valorie also has bangs, around the right side, and a little on the left. She has Emerald green eyes, with small eyelashes. Valorie wears black and grey head phones, and a white sort of bead necklace. She wears a short sleeved black top, where you can see her belly button. On the top there's a red heart with a golden boarder and white angel wings also surrounded by a golden border a little. She also wears jean shorts with some white scruff on the bottom, and one bigger scruff on the left side of it. The shorts have a jeans pattern with two pocket's at each side. Valorie also wears black nail polish, on her medium length nails. She also has a diamond shaped birthmark on her right shoulder, that's red. Valorie wears black and white sport shoes, with a soft picture of a orange cat and green eye's that's winking on both shoes.

History: Valorie was born in the busy Goldenrod City. Her mother worked in the Local Flower Shop, her name was Viola. And her father run the Goldenrod Game Corner, his name was Sebastian. They lived in a house near to both the Game Corner and the Flower Shop, so her parent's didn't have to walk for to long. When her parent's wen't off to work Valorie stayed with her brother, Andrew which was five years older than her. When it was Valorie's eighth birthday she got a pokemon from her parent's, to keep as a pet until she was old enough to set out on a journey. And her brother gave her a set of headphones that she wears everyday. In the rest of Valorie's childhood she played with her pokemon allot, it was a little Chikorita which she called Bailey. Valorie and Bailey were best buddies and always did stuff together, Valorie liked to pretend she was on a pokemon jounrey in her home, and her house was the Johto region. She used stuffies as pokemon and Chikorita did minor damage. Finally, when Valorie became ten she asked her parent's to go on a pokemon journey, they told her if she was ready she could go. But there was a problem, Valorie's brother Andrew told her that when he started his pokemon journey he got beat up buy some dude with a level 100 and all sorts of lies that scared her and Bailey. So she they decided to wait another year or two before they set off. When Valorie's 15th birthday came Valorie made a wish that she could read her brother's old diary when he left. So when he did leave out to town, Valorie sneaked into his room and searched all around the place until she found his diary. She started reading in it and read that all Andrew had said was a lie. Furious, Valorie told her mom she wanted to set out on a pokemon journey now. Her mother said yes and so did her father. Before Valorie set off on a pokemon journey she payed a visit to Proff.Elm. He gave her five poke balls and a Pokedex, he also gave her a C-Gear device, that he had been given from the Unova Proffesor, Juniper. So after that Valorie set off to the Bara region on a boat, when she arrived she was at Penma Town. The Proffesor there offered her a starter pokemon but Valorie already had one and turned down the offer, since she had Bailey. Now Valorie is ready for her adventure in the Bara Region, and ready to face the gym's ahead.

Name: Nixon Northwood.Age: 15Personality: Nixon is a quiet young teenager who prefers to keep to himself. He never really liked working in groups or playing team sports when he was younger as he prefers to do things his way, plus it gives him the space to express himself and bring his ideas to life he otherwise wouldn't be able to do if confined to a group working unit. He's quite a knowledgable trainer, even though he has just begun his journey, he's been helping Professor Birch collect data on the local Pokemon of Hoenn. Although, typical of most young trainers, Nixton wants to become one of the world's strongest trainers; one of the Elite Four. He knows his dream is far away, but with lots of hard work and immense amounts of effort, he knows he can achieve it. He wants to be able to compete and win in the Hoenn league and the Bara league. His main aim to obtain the gym badges of all the Bara gyms and come at least in the top 4, for his first year as a Pokemon trainer. Although he is a debuing trainer, he has not only got the eagerness to become a great trainer, but he's bacxked up with a plethora of knowledge regarding tactics and strategies.Appearance:Nixon is your average looking teenage boy. Nixton is pretty ordinary, in fact some might say he's dull. He's hair is messy (the accidental-on purpose look.), its the colours majority of the population has; brown, and his eyes matching. What makes him different however, is Nixon's height. Nixon is incredibly tall, not as tall as a giraffe but fairly lengthy. He wears rectangular glasses, accompanied by a watch which he wears firmly on his wrist. His clothing is also mediocre too; he wearing more casual clothes such as dark jeans held with a brown bukle-belt and a stripped polo shirt in a musky brown colour. His shoes are ordinary sneakers/runners and he holds his important bits and pieces in a brown backpack.History:Nixon lives with his father in Oldale town, living peacful and happy lives. Nixon would spend most of his day exploring the areas around Olddale town and littleroot town or helping Prof. Birch with his studies. He'd befriended quite a few pokemon-friends which included a tailow and zigzagoon.One day, Nixon realised that though helping out Prof Birch was great, there were so many other mysteries of the Pokemon world to explore and uncover and staying in Littleroot town for the whole of his life wasn't what he wanted to be doing. He then came to be a Pokemon trainer after consulting his dad. Sceptical at first, his dad finally agreed to let him. Nixon soon got given his pokedex and pack of pokeballs from Professor Birch, but unfortunately had no starter pokemon left. The last. one had seemed to be claimed by a tall, musclely man from Oldale town. When Nixon got home, it he realised it was his father who had secured the last pokemon Prof Birch had to offer to aspiring pokemon trainers and gave the Mudkip he claimed to Nixon as a gift of achievement. The next few days Nixon prepared to set of on his Journey around Hoenn, but it was cut quitew short when tickets to Bara arrived in the mail. Later his father explaining that he won them in a raffle he entered at the loca Pokemon Center, mentioning that he didn't think he'd win, but only entered to raise money for the Pokemon Center to pruchase new supplies to aid new pokemon. Nixon without a second thought rushed to the docks, ready to aboard the ship, his father chasing his tail. Personality:

Cleo seems sweet, but looks can be very, very deciving. She's truely mean and rude, she'll show that after about 24 hours of knowing her. She laughs at people's reaction at her attitude & sweetness change. She is very cocky and proud of herself.

Cleo will not stand to be looked down on, she'll chew you out for it. She hit someone and left a bruise when they taunted her once. She will not stand for taunting either, if you didn't catch on. Cleo will help her friends though, as long as it doesn't endanger her.

Appearance:

Cleo has light brown hair that was straight but she put in two little braids on each side and twisted them together in the back. (very common hair style) Cleo has light brown eyes that look sweet, but again, looks are deciving. She is fairly skinny (not rediculusly skinny though) and she has a fair skin tone. She stands about 5"6.

Cleo wears a French Rose pink t-shirt with a light brown jacket. She wears brown jeans and calf high black boots that are 'quite compterable'. She weres a light brown head band with a 'french rose pink' rose as well. She wears black ear buds that connect to her MP3, which she is almost always listening to. She wears a hot pink back pack as well. And she wears dark brown brown, fingureless, leather gloves.

History:

Born in Unova, Cleo always wanted to travel. Right before she started to travel, her mom had a heart attack and just barely survived. Scared it was because of her leaving, Cleo wouldn't leave. After years of waiting, her mom begged and begged for her to set off on her journey. Once her mom promised to go live with a close-by reletive, Cleo agreed to leave.

She wished to go to Bara region, so she bought a boat ticket and off she was. She adored being on boats, so it wasn't as bad of a wait. She constantly worried, and still worries, about her mother though. Her sister Serena was still off on her journey, but after Serena and her mom got into a fight (Serena is Cleo's step sister, her mom's step daughter) Serena stopped calling her. Its been over six months sense the talked, breaking her mom's heart.

Serena is one of those people who if they don't get they get revenge. (see history for more on that.) She's kind of a 'snotty rich kid', not so much the rich part even though she was rich. (her dad) Serena despises goody-goodies, always has. She's quite rebelious when it comes to her step-mom and step-sister, Cleo. If you breath wrong around her your in for it, more less say anything wrong.

Appearance:

Serena has pure black hair to her wrists and bangs that go just below her eyebrow, and she has dark hazel eyes. She has dark complected skin, and she stands about 5"7. She is fairly skinny, the average weight for her age. She always has her nails painted black.

Serena wears a black t-shirt, black pre-ripped jeans, and black calf-high leather hiking boots. She wears a black leather jacket as well. She wears black leather gloves, a gift from her father. She also wears three black banglest on her right wrist.



History:

Serena was born in Castelia City, Unova, her mom dieing at birth. It didn't bother her too much, not knowing her mom. She loved her dad, and grew up helping him around the house. He was almost always at work, a pokemon scientist. She was kind of lonely, but she didn't mind and she usually hung out with friends. She stayed home from her journey to help her dad, but she didn't mind, she finally got to leave at age 15.

Serena despised her step-mom and step sister. She left as soon as she could to get away from them. When her and her step-mom got into a fight, she joined Team Storm. She knew that would tear them up the most, if they found out. She had no plans of calling them to tell them. Serena constintly bragged to herself she was going to crush them. She never thinks about what her dad would think about it.

Personality:

Hannibal is everything intimidating, from his large appearance to his aura of power. Hannibal is merciless, not particularly caring for others unless it is for Hannibal's personal gain. Hannibal is egoistic and selfish, making mental schemes and deceitful plots to assert himself as a top dog. Hannibal does not accept what he does not want to hear as an answer, and has a very short fuse, because of this he is prone to rants and angry rages. These rages earn Hannibal a feared status amongst Team Storm. Hannibal is quick to blame and punish others, and when Hannibal is in charge, he is very strict. This trait earned him the nickname " The Enforcer". Hannibal has very unorthodox methods for solving problems, yet he solves them with proficiency and bringing to play his aggressive demeanor. Hannibal is a "no BS" kinda guy, and does not tolerate any slip ups. Hannibal is considered part General, part Mob Boss. Hannibal takes priority for getting the job done, and doesn't hold loyalty unless he benefits from it. Overall, Hannibal is an intimidating person and messing with him will yield unfavorable results.

History:

Hannibal Alexander Regisald was born in Canaclave City, Sinnoh. Hannibal's mother died in childbirth, leaving Hannibal with his father. Hannibal learned the early skills of life from his father, that is until his father was caught in a drive-by shooting, leaving the two-year old Hannnibal without parents. Hannibal was transferred to an orphanage in Hearthome City. Hannibal grew up there, hating every day. Hannibal never wanted to be adopted by a family, believing that that family would disappear as well. Hannibal was raised in the orphanage until he reached the age of eleven, when he made a life-changing decision. Hannibal slaughtered the orphanage's residents and fled Hearthome and arrived in the Hoenn region.

Once Hannibal, the eleven year-old, reached Hoenn, he hooked up with Team Aqua. In Team Aqua, Hannibal learned to funnel his anger into a way that would benefit himself. Hannibal was raised into adulthood by Team Aqua, learning the criminal trade, Hannibal's ruthless anger and powerful personality made him a valued asset. Hannibal stayed with Team Aqua until he was arrested for his involvement with the mass-murder of the orphanage he called home. Hannibal was transferred to a high-security facility outside of the Bara Region. Within six weeks of arriving at the facility, Hannibal escaped and fled once again. This time, Hannibal used his connections to achieve a foot holding in Bara's criminal organization, Team Storm.

The mild, quiet disposition of this girl is quickly shattered once you break into her social realm. Her shyness is often mistaken for just being friendly. She tends to be quirky, awkward, and sometimes excessively obnoxious. Despite her laid back disposition, she has a lot of passion for battling and works hard to become the best she can be, being very competitive. She has a tendency to be overly judgmental and critical of others, but she is harder on herself than she is on others. Because of her combatitive nature, she gets in fights with people often, and because of her blunt way of putting things, making friends is not her strength by a longshot.

Still, Lizz can be incredibly sympathetic and understanding to those who give her the time of day. Her insight and intelligence can shock those who don't know her too well, but this is often the result of her reclusiveness secluding her inner self from others. Those who get to know her well will find she has strong opinions and has the guts to fight for them. She can be surprisingly brave against large threats, especially when it's on someone else's behalf, but this is a rarely seen action, contrasting her preference to keep to herself and stay out of other's issues.

Appearance
Lizz's hair is a rich auburn, often somewhat wavy. She often sports blue ribbons in her hair, sometimes tying up her hair in ponytails. Contrasting her hair are her silvery-blue eyes, gleaming with curiosity and adventure. Her skin is fairly light and fair, only somewhat tanned and containing little imperfections. The girl's build is fairly athletic, slightly muscular with large calves on her legs, but still doesn't hide her more womanly frame, with hips, rear, and a sizeable bust in tow. Despite her athleticism, she still carries a layer of healthy fat, giving her a healthy figure. She stands at about 5' 7" tall with a healthy weight as well.

She often wears t-shirts or sweaters, sometimes just plain, or sometimes sporting certain sports teams or Pokemon she likes on them. Most often she'll wear a blue shirt with a dragonair on it. Below the waist, she's a fan of short skirts except in cold weather, where she may wear longer skirts or jean pants over leggings. Lizz also wears a white and blue trim winter coat in very cold weather. She likes wearing long, colorful socks on her feet, but are often mostly covered by her white boots, designed for outdoors travel while still being fashionable. She also carries with her a green bag for her supplies slung over her back, and comes prepared for adventure with her green trainer gloves with black fingers that keep her hands warm and ready for any challenge.

History
Lizzy was born in the countryside of Cinnabar Island just south of the Kanto region. She helped her mother run a Pokemon breeding ranch, who was once a veteran Pokemon trainer. There, she learned much about raising Pokemon, in particular, dragon types. She didn't make many friends when she was little, in part because she was home schooled by her mom and because she was busy helping with her mother's breeding business. Still, Lizz would occasionally play with the kids and trainers who'd visit her mother's breeding facility, but she didn't get along well with them most of the time. Most of the local kids called her Lizz or Lizzy due to her last name, Lizarkia, and her interest in dragon Pokemon.

When she grew older, her interest in battling intensified. She always followed prominent trainers and their matches in the Indigo League and of other regions, dreaming of the day when she could embark on her journey. However, as she came of age to legally train Pokemon, her mother wouldn't permit it, seeing her daughter as too immature and not ready to travel with Pokemon. It was a frustrating time for her, growing into her teens and still unable to become a trainer while she tends to the Pokemon of accomplished trainers much younger than herself left at the family ranch. However, on her 15th birthday, she received a Pokemon egg from her mother, testing her daughter's ability to raise a Pokemon on her own before allowing her to set off on a journey.

It took many weeks of dilligent work, but Lizz's egg hatched, revealing the preevolved form of one of her favorite Pokemon, dratini. She worked hard raising her dratini from infancy, applying everything she's learned to raising the baby dragon Pokemon. Naming it Xgok, the two managed through some adversity, helping a sickly newborn into health in his early days to a place where Xgok is healthy enough to train, Lizz was dedicated to raising Xgok and proving herself as a caretaker of Pokemon. Over the months, she improved, grew closer to her dratini, and together they grew stronger. In those hard months raising a Pokemon in its most vulnerable phase of life, Lizz was authorized to begin her journey, but with a twist. Her mother sends her to Bara, a different region where she can prove her worth far from home.
