Best Ghost type pokémon?

As for looks, I personally love Jellicent (especially female ones) but in terms of usability I believe Gengar is the best Ghost-type. It's a shame that I must trade if I wanna get my hands on it.
 
Gengar, definitely.

Base 130 Special Attack, base 110 speed. Take that. And really epic smile.
