Best Music?

Gen I - III win it for me.

If I had to choose one, I'd go with the final battle track from G/S/C.
 
Honestly I think the Pokemon mystery dungeon games have the absolute best music. Better than anything in the main games. A lot of the tracks are really addicting.
 
I used to find the Ice Path/Dark Cave theme so relaxing, loved the Game Corner music, and got chills from the Suicune battle theme all from Crystal version. Other Pokemon music is good, but I haven't yet found any that I love as much as I loved these.
 
Pokemon White 2 had the best soundtrack. I mean come on, gym leader and champion remixes along with the beautiful tracks of Unova? Yes please!
